This newly redecorated cottage is PERFECT for your time on AMI. The cottage has all of the amenities that one could want. The spaces within the cottage are well appointed and so cutely decorated.We are already planning our next trip.

This was one of the best places Iā€™ve stayed at. There was everything you needed for your stay. Just bring your clothes and your food and you are all set. The beach access is right across the street. There are beach lounge chairs for the resort. I would definitely book again. Thank you! Everything about this place was great!

Absolutely loved staying here; the decor, cleanliness and thoughtful extras were top-notch! The location was perfect to walk to the beach, bay, restaurants or shops!

Convenient to beach and restaurants. Didn't use the pool on-site but looked good especially if you're traveling with kids. The trolly has a stop right across the street so that was a big plus. Was a good place for us on our three night stay.

Beautiful cottage directly across the street from the beach. Clean, renovated and very comfortable. The keypad doesnā€™t work to access but they had a lock box on the post that had the key in it. We absolutely loved the place! Convenient to shopping, food, beach and pool.

Beautiful small home away from home. Awesome location to everything. The only thing I kept saying was "I cant believe theres not a full length mirror!" But we would stay again and again without it! It was beautiful!

The property was very nice, All very clean and neat. Family enjoyed the coziness of the place. Two comments: this place is not exactly comfortable for 3 adults and a teenager. the sofa-bed was not appropriate to accommodate two. This is something to improve. The other thing that did not work was the communication feature through Vrbo app. I texted the host and never received a reply back. Other than those two things, love the place.

The property is listed as a one-bedroom that can accommodate up to four guests, with a sofa sleeper provided for the additional sleeping space. Iā€™m sorry to hear that the sofa bed wasnā€™t comfortable for your family. Regarding the communication through the Vrbo app, Iā€™m not quite sure what may have happened. I didnā€™t receive any messages from you during your stay, and I always try to respond promptly whenever a guest reaches out. Had I received a message, I certainly would have done my best to help. Beautiful spaceā€¦ exactly as pictured! Very clean, combo lock made easy access. Directly across the street from beach. Trolley stops and restaurants nearby. Pool was wonderful. Included a beach wagon, umbrella, towels, cooler and some camping chairs. Would definitely stay again!

This VRBO unit is perfect! Itā€™s incredibly clean, comfortable and near the beach! The pool is clean and well maintained! The bed was comfy, the kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances that are needed! It was really nice to have a washer/dryer to wash the beach towels that they provided for us! We were able to be comfortable at the beach with the umbrellas and beach chairs that are available to use. Thereā€™s also a beach wagon and cooler! There is a grocery store (Publix) and Dollar Tree close by so that you can pick up things that you need for your trip to Anna Maria Island!If youā€™re interested in visiting the area, I highly recommend this rental property!

The rental was very clean and comfortable, just as pictured. The beach gear she supplied was really nice to have. Donā€™t miss the sunsets at the beach from across the street from the rental. The location was perfect for us. Day trip to Sarasota was just a 30 minutes. Restaurants are not hard to find, they are plenty to choose from in Bradenton. I felt very safe here. It was nice to have easy access to the beach and bayside. Thereā€™s a pier to fish off of too, right by the pool. We didnā€™t use the pool but, it was clean. The hosts response to a late checkout request took over 16 hours to respond. 10 am when I text that we had checked out of the unit she then responded. Also, check in was delayed by 30 minutes due to rental unit mixup. I was glad it was resolved and we had a place to stay. We stayed in Unit 1, every once in a while you could hear a vehicle with loud muffler but it didnā€™t bother us, and the host has earplugs if needed. The all-in-one washer/dryer took 4 hours to do a load of wash, I never used one before so didnā€™t know that was normal. I do like to keep up on my wash and towels while vacationing.Thank you for sharing your rental property.

The location is perfect, beach just across the street. The unit is all new and remodeled and very nicely decorated. We appreciated all the start up supplies. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen is large, and well appointed. It could use a blender and some baking sheets or pans though. The couch and chair in the living room were not the most comfortable, but the bed is more of a priority to us. Nice outside seating areas, and the pool looked inviting, although we didn't use it. Also, nice shower with hot water for one at a time. You need to wait, before someone else takes one for the hot water heater to catch up, but that is typical of a beach cottage. The grills are charcoal and not gas. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be back.
