Host was great and was very quick to respond to any messages. Perfect location to pool, pickleball/bball court. A small walk to the beach but the community golf cart was very convenient.

Great stay for our vacation

Would highly recommend to stay at this property. My family and I had an amazing time. The home was very tidy, and well equipped. The neighborhood is great, and just steps away from the beach. We were able to walk to dinner. And we're very close to shopping centers, and all of the entertainment that Destin has to offer would highly recommend

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time at sandpiper cottage. The house was lovely. Everything was clean and lots of supplies were available to use along with the fully stocked kitchen! The pool and beach were just a short walk. We loved the added touch of the welcome basket with snacks, made us feel very welcomed!

Best vacation experience

Our family absolutely loved this community and the home we stayed in for our vacation! The check in process was simple, the home was absolutely beautiful and very clean upon our arrival. It was by far the best vacation experience we have ever had! Our kids loved the pool(s) and the basketball court, and the home is just a short walk to the beach. It was exactly as advertised. Our family highly recommends this spot for your next vacation!

The Sandpiper Cottage has a convenient location in a gated community. We have a family reunion there every two years and it is nice that each family can get their own house in the same area. It has two clean pools. The Sandpiper cottage is comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed. The beds are comfortable. It has a nice sitting anrea off of the kitchen outside with a grill. The wagon came in handy to cart our things and our grandsons around. The Manager is very personable,friendly, easy to communicate with and easy to contact if we needed her. I recommend the Sandpiper Cottage. It’s a nice place for family time.

Relaxing and Refreshing

Sandpiper Cottage was a great house to stay at. The house is just like the pictures and clean. It was a beautiful home that accommodated 5 adults and a 1 yr old. It was about a 10 min walk to beach but there was also a beach neighborhood shuttle that ran so that was great but they end at 5pm so we walked back to house. It wasn’t bad at all. We would definitely love to stay at this house again on our next trip to Destin! Book your stay you won't be disappointed!

This house was a great find — the location offered an easy, walkable distance to the beach, which made our stay so convenient. The accommodations themselves were fantastic, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing trip. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beach getaway in Miramar!
