Newly renovated condo unit in the Lakes Region of NH! 3 bed, 1 bath. Full kitchen w/ new appliances & granite counters. 2 balconies & Electric fireplace. In unit laundry.

Minutes from Ellacoya Beach, public access. No Gilford Beach access. Enjoy Gunstock year round!
Bank of NH Pavilion- 6 min drive by ride shares, 35 min walk. Perfect spot for concert stays.
Short walk to lake and boat launch. Upon request available spot for boat trailer parking in our lot during your stay.

*There is an additional unit right across the hall with a common lobby (Lake Condo 2 bed, 1 bath) if you have larger group, you can book both at the same time.

In town for a concert

We came to Gilford with another couple and really enjoyed the condo. It is a uniquely renovated old office but very comfortable and clean. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Check in and out was easy. Would stay again.

Weekend stay

Place was very nice and clean a street back from main rd great access. We rented for a weekend for a wedding we had to attend. Enjoyed our stay very quiet area day and night. Host was very nice and made check in very easy. Would definitely rent again.

Great little Condo! Spotless so quiet. Booked because we were going to NH Bank Pavilion.6 minute drive to the entrance. Would definitely stay again.

Fastistic

We wanted a place within walking distance to the concert venue and it did not disappoint. 1.2 mile easy walk. Five minutes from apartment was The Breeze, a waterfront restaurant perfect for apps and drinks before departing. Apartment was bi3 bedroom, very clean. All amenities you could want. Very stylish. 10/10!!! Will definitely look it up next time we plan on seeing a concert!! A
