Newly renovated condo unit in the Lakes Region of NH! 2 bed, 1 bath. Full kitchen w/ new appliances & granite counters. Balcony off bedroom. Laundry in building

Minutes from Ellacoya Beach, public access. No Gilford Beach access. Enjoy Gunstock year round!
Bank of NH Pavilion- 6 min drive by ride shares, 35 min walk. Perfect spot for concert stays.
Short walk to lake and boat launch. Upon request available spot for boat trailer parking in our lot during your stay.

*There is an additional unit right across the hall with a common lobby (Lake Condo 3 bed, 1 bath) if you have larger group, you can book both at the same time.

Great concert stay

We stayed here to see a concert at Bank of NH pavilion and loved the close proximity to the venue. Check in was extremely easy, the home was exactly as described, very spacious, clean, and quiet. Jordyn answered any request very quickly. Would stay here again.

Close to bank of nh pavilion

We stayed here overnight when we went to a concert . It was clean comfortable and a great location. You can walk to a restaurant on the lake. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Clean, quiet stay - confirm the door code

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The check-in process SHOULD have been super easy - but I never received the interior door code. It took us about an hour to get in touch with the property manager, limited cell service in the area made it even more challenging. Once we got the code, everything else was a breeze. We stayed for a night for a concert and were able to get an Uber to BankNH Pavillion. We ended up walking back

Came into town for a concert and stayed here overnight-everything was as listed and owner was quick to respond. Location proximity to concert was great. Will definitely consider another stay in the future
