Invite friends and loved ones to share a spacious condo set among lush tropical greenery. Create meals in a full size kitchen and set an indoor table for dinner or have casual meals on a generous lanai. Spend relaxing evenings unwinding in the complex's hot tub! 1 reserved parking spot, with guest parking available.

The Regency at Poipu Kai is in a 70-acre oasis of tropical gardens and abundant lawns stretching between Brennecke's beach at the western end and Shipwreck's beach a long stretch of golden sand on the eastern end.

This 5br unit is one of the most spacious and open in the Regency complex. Room for the whole family with 5 well appointed and comfortable bedrooms (6 beds total: 2 king beds, 2 queens, and a bunk (twin over full). 4 full bathrooms are extra convenient. Free in-unit washer and dryer available for your use. We also have a box of beach toys for your use, including a sun umbrella, a cooler, and some basic snorkel and boogie board gear.

There are high ceilings with fans, free standing fans for the bedrooms, and many lenais to take advantage of the cooling trade winds. This home does not have central A/C. We have other listings that do.

You will find yourself adrift in tropical gardens and views. With beaches, the choice of three swimming pools, hot tub, gas BBQ's, tennis courts and walking paths, for those relaxing days in the sun. Or nearby shopping, entertainment and activities you'll have plenty to do. Whether you would like to enjoy a day of sun or sights, it is all within a short distance. Evening entertainment is also within walking distance. Or enjoy an evening stroll on the beach with the sounds of waves in the background and the sunset on the water, it is a perfect place to get away.

The condo is in a quiet area, nestled in the gardens of the Regency in Poipu Kai, on the southernmost tip of Kauai. Walk to the beach using the green belt trail, 3 pools, 6 tennis courts, a hot tub, reserved parking, and nearby. World class beaches for swimming and snorkeling at Shipwreck beach. Fish tacos at Kalapaki Joes, Pukka dog and lemonade, fish 3 ways at Keoki's, Granola superfood bowls at Little Fish

We suggest a car to view all the sights on the island, though the beach and restaurants are walkable from the unit.

Please do not book dates that split or wrap around weekends without contacting me first. that includes 9 day reservations which include 4 weekends days, or reservations that start on saturday, and end the following sunday.

Condo in Paradise

Our family really enjoyed staying at this Condo. We made memories here that will last a lifetime. The beach equipment in the closet was great and it was nice to have an umbrella at the beach. We had fun making some dinners in the kitchen which worked great. The refrigerator worked great and the ice was so nice to chill our beverages. This is a great condo and we would highly recommend it for a family vacation of a lifetime!!

Lovely Poipu Condo

We were already on the island and last minute decided to stay a little longer. We needed a large space for our family and this condo worked out perfectly. Everything about it was amazing. Seth was responsive and gave us all the information we needed right away. The condo was spotless, super cute, had everything we could need and more, and with simply the best choice for our large family. We would definitely stay again and recommend this beautiful condo!

Small, No outside area, hot

We have stayed in poipu every year with our family of 10 (grandparent, 4 parents and 5 grandchildren ranging in age now from 9 to 14). This was by far the least desirable accommodation we have ever had. It’s small, no area to eat or lounge outside, the view is a busy road, it’s stuffy especially upstairs. We required 2 aerobeds so all the kids had their own beds. It was just as expensive as beautiful large houses with outside areas and athletic club access. Would not recommend this condo for a group of more than 7 and only if you don’t mind shared space (no private grill or lanai)

Everything but the view

This is a great property if you cannot afford the houses on the beach. We had 9 people in our group. The home was very spacious, we did not feel crammed at all. No air conditioner was a tiny issue. However,the home had a great breeze running through all day long. Slept like a baby every night due to the quite property and cool breeze. You will definately get your excercise in with the walks to the beach and the main pool area. As long as you have 3-4 abled bodies to get your equipment to and from the beach, youu will be fine. All in all, this was a great property. I would recommend this home to any group traveling with 9-12 people.

Family Reunion

This place was a perfect place for our mini-family reunion in beautiful Kauai. Plenty of room for our family of 7 adults and 3 little ones. Great location, close enough to walk to beautiful sunrises, beaches, and trails. Nothing was too far including a scenic snorkeling boat tour as well as a coffee farm tour. Easy drive from the airport and to stunning beaches and historic towns in the north and a challenging hike in Waimea Canyon State Park. There are two pools connected with this property, the smaller of which has a grill while the other is larger and overall nicer. it took a bit of exploring to figure out we had a FOB to the larger pool so did not use that one til the end of our stay. Would recommend that info be clearer in the property info binder. We thought the lack of AC would be an issue, with being on the upper level, but the fans worked great and we never had an issue. Very happy with our choice.

Great place for large groups.

This place has all the facilities needed by a large group. Best for adults as the beds are mostly queens and kings. It is close to several beaches, a swimming pool and excellent bbq grills. We had what proved to be a minor issue with check- in. We were given the number of the wrong condo. A bit stressful after our flight. But Seth sent us the correct information quickly and all was resolved.

Perfect for our group of 11 (3 families)

Our stay was in early July 2022. This home was a perfect launching point for everything on Kauai! It's a 10 minute walk to Poipu Beach, which is a great beach but very crowded. There were always turtles and seals hanging out on the beach. The sea is calm and the snorkeling is good. Shipwreck Beach is a 10 minute walk in the opposite direction. That's where we headed for sunrises but we never swam at that beach. We also loved being able to easily access things on the west, east and north parts of the island. There are plenty of restaurants & shops within a 10 minute walk and even more, plus grocery stores & shops within a 10 minute drive. In the home, there was plenty of space and beds for our three families: 6 adults & 5 kids ages 7-13. The house was spotless when we checked in. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, including a few staples like splices and oil. Parking was always readily available for us. The owners provide many beach things like tons of beach towels, snorkels & masks, beach chairs, coolers, etc. There was also ample shampoo, conditioner, soap and even laundry detergent for the large washer & dryer. The pools / hot tubs are very close (one is about 50 feet from the unit), and, while small, our kids had a blast in the in time in between bigger adventures we took during the day. Highly recommend this great place!

Large, lovely condo

The condo was beautiful and the property was well taken care of and quiet. The interior of the condo was quite spacious, plenty large for the six of us that traveled. A nice walk down to the ocean, and easy to get to anywhere on the island.

Needs some TLC

This unit is in a great location and has a lot of potential to be an excellent rental, however the interior has lacked some much needed general maintenance. The grounds and pools are nice with ample close parking. The photos were of a similar unit and not the actual listing, the master suite has a very open design with no door between the bedroom and bathroom with lots of mirrors.

Exactly what we needed!!!

The unit was exactly as described! Moments from a fun pool and close enough to the bigger pool for the property. Fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed to cook for our family…. Large group dining is a bit tricky if you don’t plan far out right now. A few mins by car or a short walk to Poipu beach. Seth responded quickly to a couple of emails. The unit is super airy which keeps the place very comfortable, even without AC. Bedding is comfortable. Seeing the unit on check in day immediately melted away the stress of travel and we settled instantly into our 2-week adventure. Would recommend this unit for any family visiting Kauai!

Great center location! Clean and comfy!

We loved our stay. We have 7 children and the kids loved the spacious property. They had everything you needed. The pool was so convenient for bathroom breaks. Master bathroom was like you were at a resort. This property is well kept and nothing really concerned us. Only thing I would say is, there is not much breeze that gets in the house so it's quite warm in the summer month. They did provided plenty of fans so that helped. I think a future space ac unit may be needed for the upstairs far corner room because with 3 fans it still was hot. Very central located to hit both sides of the island. I would recommend it. Very nice property. Aloha!

This is the perfect beach house!

This condo was perfect in every way. It was just a short walk to the beach, or a two minute drive with plenty of parking in the parking lot. It was literally steps away from one of the swimming pools. We loved Poipu Beach, and this location was ideal for that. The amenities were amazing- plenty of large nice beach towels, a cooler, a wagon (which was so great for hauling stuff to the beach), umbrellas, beach chairs, and even some equipment for snorkeling. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, and there were lots of standing fans as well. The owners were great to work with. I had a couple of questions while we were there, and they were answered within minutes. The kitchen was well stocked. It is a beautiful condo. We were allowed to extend our check out time for a minimal fee which was so helpful on the last day. Wonderful owners, wonderful condo!

Perfect vacation spot.

The condo at Poipu is wonderful. More than adequate in space for the five of us. The kitchen is well appointed and the rest of the unit lacks nothing. Also we all remarked about how quiet the unit is, not just from outside noises, but room to room. It is a very peaceful place to be when one returns from the days excursions. We will definitely return here.

Well stocked and great location

We loved the location of the unit and the house was probably was the best VRBO I've stayed in, in terms of how it was stocked and what was provided. Owners were great and always quick to answer my questions. Location to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants was very convenient. Only drawback was the lack of AC. It was really hot the week we visited and we could not get the place to cool down with just the fans in the unit. (As a qualifier, we live in Phoenix and left 110 degree weather to come here so we have a fair heat tolerance) If it was just adults, this probably would've been no big deal but with little kids, this made napping and sleeping difficult (AKA cranky babies). All in all, the owners were great and responsive and the unit was great. I would stay here again (just not in the summer months :)
