Spacious and Upgraded Kitchen with Stainless steel appliances, Granite Countertop, Island with Bar Stools, a Dining Table that seats 6 people comfortably, and a corner workspace! The Living Room has a large sofa and a wall-mounted smart TV for the comfort of your family and friends. For your convenience, it has a half bath.

SECOND FLOOR:

Bedroom 1: Huge Master Bedroom with a King mattress, wall-mounted smart TV, and a dresser with a mirror, a private master bathroom equipped with a vanity, and a bathtub with a shower. Tons of closet space to hang your clothes.

Bedroom 2: The bedroom has a Queen mattress, a wall-mounted smart TV, and a wall mirror with tons of closet space for your belongings.

Bedroom 3: Bedroom with two twin-size low-height beds with mattresses and a closet for your items.

Hallway Bathroom- Perfectly sized bathroom with vanity. Tub with a shower.

LOWER-LEVEL SPACE:
Lower Level: Huge space with a Queen mattress, a futon with a smart TV, and a private bathroom equipped with a vanity and a bathtub with a shower. Closet(mirror door) space to hang your clothes. And an office space with a chair and table for your remote work

I’ve stayed in a lot of short term rentals and this was in the very top tier!Among the highlights:•Very quiet neighborhood (dead end street)•Prompt, communicative host•Super clean•Most comfortable beds•Fabulous kitchen… I’m picky about kitchens, and this rental had a great stovetop & oven as well as other appliances. We were here for a Thanksgiving visit, so I was especially pleased at the number, quality, and variety of mixing bowls, baking dishes, pots and pans•It snowed while we were here, and the sidewalk was preemptively salted, and the porch and sidewalk were shoveled for us •Easy street parking •Bonus, I wasn’t expecting to fall in love with: a chaise lounge I lived in in the living room while reading If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!

Moms and Daughters trip

Great place to stay. Very clean and well stocked with things we might need. Great refreshments on hand in the fridge and counter when we arrived. Host was very responsive before and during the trip. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to St Louis.

Good location on a quiet street, the house was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, we all slept well. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Close to Forest Park, with groceries and food options very close by. We would certainly book this option for future trips.

The house was clean and warm and inviting. It was an amazing space to spend a holiday away from home. Our host Kay made sure we had a few snacks and the necessary items in the kitchen to settle in from day one. Beds are comfortable and the living room was perfect for family time! I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking to be well taken care of!

Perfect for our needs.

We enjoyed a short stay in St. Louis. This property was just a few miles from many attractions. It sits on a quiet street with no traffic. The 3 bedroom were clean and simply decorated. The family room area was spacious with comfortable seating. We only used the kitchen for breakfasts, but it was well stocked. A lovely place!

Beautiful home

The house and supplies were awesome! The pictures really don't do it justice. The towels were super fluffy and everything was immaculately clean. Luxurious is the right title for this home. We felt spoiled 🙂

Excellent in every way!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time! The house was spotless and our host thought of everything. We were greeted with snacks and other supplies (bottled water, milk, orange juice...) So thoughtful. Check in was seamless and Kay answered all my questions almost instantly. I highly highly recommend this property.

Clean, well stocked, lots of room

We had 3 couples visiting for ball games. It was about 3 miles from Busch stadium. We took Ubers to the stadium which was super easy. The house is very clean and extremely well stocked with every essential you could need. The beds are comfortable. The check in was easy and the host is very available. I would highly recommend this house.

Exceeds Expectations

This is a beautiful property, perfect location for exploring the whole city, felt convenient, quiet, comfortable and safe, and the host was fabulous. She gave us recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores nearby, and responded to texts when VRBO app locked us out. Several touches that make it feel like home and are very thoughtful. Host is very communicative and check in/check out super easy. House is well thought out in decor, lay out and amenities. Strongly recommend!

Comfortable, safe, and good location

We had a great time visiting St Louis and staying at this wonderful home. It was very spacious and clean! The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were well appointed with everything you could need and more. We appreciated the little snacks and drinks upon arrival. This rental was very family friendly with plastic dinnerware, low to the ground twin beds, and bathtubs. There is a full size washing machine and dryer in the basement. The location was perfectly central to all of our sightseeing, and on a dead end street (so, no through traffic). Conveniently situated close to restaurants and a grocery store. No issue with street parking and could always park right out front of the house. The property manager Kay was incredibly quick with communication and making sure to answer inquiries within a few minutes. We couldn’t have asked for anything more! We would love to stay here again in the future!!
