Two nights, two weeks or two months - this is the perfect getaway in the middle of Sarasota. Elegant and cozy 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment across the street from all the action of Pinecraft Park. (Shuffle board, sand volleyball, basketball, playground)
Quaint bedroom appointed with luxury sheets, queen bed and television and new window unit AC.
Living room with sitting area and faux leather futon with TV and window unit AC keeps the apartment cool and comfortable in the Florida heat.


Kitchen has all the comforts of home for cooking meals. Pots, pans, dishes and silverware. A Keurig for coffee and full sized refrigerator.

A 15 minute car ride will get you to the world famous Siesta Key Beach or Lido Beach. A ten minute walk to local ice cream shops, cafes and the famous Yoder's Restaurant.

When visiting Sarasota, and staying in Pinecraft, the park is the place to be. From this unit you can see the park from your window or have a seat in one of the outside chairs to watch all the activity.

Good Small Place in Sarasota

Karly's place is small, neat, and located in a quiet neighborhood with a family park across the street. Bahia Vista road offers lots of places for coffee, food, and necessities. Good value.

Adorable little cottage

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Short ride to the beaches and downtown. Several good food options in the neighborhood. The host was very responsive. I would stay here again in the future.

Really cute, little place! If you’re staying in the winter-lots of people at the park and possibly some right outside the window. Didn’t bother us too much.. if you turn the fan on you don’t hear much. The fridge was empty which is so nice when you get to your rental! Would be great to have bathroom fan and laundry on premises but for the most part it met our needs!

Small house in Pinecrest

Property listing is accurate. Small house, one bedroom, one bathroom, and studio style kitchen / breakfast area / living area. This was comfortable for two people. The kitchen was well equipped for meals and practical cooking. The house was clean and tidy upon check in. The property is in an Amish neighborhood and the park across the street is a gathering place in the evenings. The conversation and volleyball continued until 10 to 11 PM. If there are light sleepers that go to bed early, this may not work well. We jumped into a game of volleyball and enjoyed some conversation with Amish vacationers one evening. Communication and check in with host was succinct and purposeful. Beach chairs and beach towels provided is thoughtful and appreciated.
