Any Rentals including National US holidays less than seven days will be billed at a minimum rate of 5-6K per day .

When ever visiting Los Angeles I stay at this amazing property. Although nestled very conveniently in the middle of one of the largest cities in the world, you're surrounded by an abundance of nature, and tranquility.

Awesome event at this estate!

Earlier this month I worked at an event at the Grave View Estate for a Spanish company that was launching a line of clothing. The property is amazing, and the views are spectacular. The event was packed with celebrities, and models, they even had monkeys and a full size zebra. I have been to a lot of events and parties in and around Los Angeles but this had to be one of the best!

My new favorite getaway location!

I recently attended an event gathering at this estate last month and had a wonderful time. I enjoyed the clean and comfortable environment and luxurious views so much that I had to rent this location for an event I organized just had last week. One of my favorite locations ever ....

I'm a professional photographer living and working out of Los Angeles. I regularly rent multi-million dollar mansions for my projects and this is absolutely one of my favorite places. It's such a magical and magnificent location. My guests are always impressed when they walk through the house and around the grounds of this property. The owner of the house is a great guy too. I've been renting this property for years and he's always been more than fair with me on rates. I love doing business with good people and he's one of the good ones.

Impressed!!

I live in L.A. But had people visiting from overseas and wanted a location where I could impress and entertain. This property was perfect for the job. I've stayed in a lot of properties throughout California but this place especially with the views gets a 10 out of 10. I would definitely come stay here again, the atmosphere and the owner made my stay a memorable one.

Perfect Filming Location!!

This was one of the best locations I've ever shot. It was perfect for our music video. We were able to create several distinct looks all in one property which saved us time and money. The interior is endless, the view is amazing, and the entrance to this mansion has an impressive style and plenty of space for a crane. Amazing with Great Views

We would like to personally thank Mike Edson for allowing us to use his beautiful house for the week. The place is amazing with great views from the backyard and some seriously huge bedrooms. This house is like none we have ever seen. Mike was very helpful in everything we were looking to do. Thanks to this house, my brother's birthday was a success. Highly recommend this estate from any aspect you can imagine

I've been staying in this property for the last 10 years, this is beyond my favorite estate in Los Angeles. The owner is always very accommodating, the house is magnificent with amazing views, always clean and way better than any 5 star hotel. Its located in quiet canyon setting but close to the city and major freeways which makes it easy to travel locally. Highly recommended if planing a trip to Los Angeles.

Amazing Beverly Hills Getaway!

We had spent a few weeks looking for the best place to stay while we were visiting Beverly Hills and as soon as we saw this we knew it was the one. The exterior architecture was stunning and unique and interior did not disappoint either! I must say the view was definitely what sealed the deal for us - a completely unobstructed view of the valley and the mountains to wake up to everyday was phenomenal. We were just close to the action on the Sunset strip and Hollywood but far enough to relax and enjoy our downtime. There was so much we didn't know what to do with it all. All in all it was an amazing experience and we hope to be back soon!

Best Place to Stay in an Incredible Beverly Hills Location

This was an incredible house with incredible views to be enjoyed from virtually every room in the home. Very panoramic. The home handled our extra large extended family well. Priceless! The many social areas were a big hit with everyone. It was all very thought-out and accommodating to our groups needs. Well decorated modern and yet classy - Private and very quiet, yet just minutes from all the major attractions. A seamless stay. We will definitely be revisiting soon. Thank you Tom and Debbie

Superb!!!

We were at this home for a family reunion of 17 people, All incl. 3 generations, and the house was just perfect for all of us. Very spacious, breath taking views and clean, just as the photos indicated, with so many things to do for all everyone. 2 great Media rooms & Foosball, in addition gigantic Pool, spa & beutiful gardens. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was plenty of space dining. The owner was very helpful, answering questions about the house etc. I will be recommending this home to friends and others with a large groups. We all had a Blast!

I would first like to say thank you so much!! The Entertainment Dream Mansion was absolutely amazing. Our whole party had a phenomenal time. The mansion was everything had everything a person could want and more. The neighborhood was private and quiet, the views absolutely spectacular, and the owner of the house Mike was terrific!! Our group defiantly plans on staying again soon. And there's no doubt is defiantly a A++++ recommendation from us. Everything thing stated was received and the hospitality was an added bonus. Magnificent Estate for vacation

Wow! What a Fantastic way to start our 6 week vacation in the USA. Coming from UK, we found Mulholland Dr to be the perfect location, and a stunning place to stay. It is beautifully located in Beverly Hills, but still very close to all the amenities and attractions. The gourmet kitchen was perfect for our large group. The house was clean and featured fantastic modern conveniences, including high spped Internet access. Our kids especially loved the house, but specifically the huge pool area and the hammock. Mike (Home owner) was extremely helpful and attentive to any questions we had about the area or the property itself. We are definitely looking forward to a return visit next year. Thanks again! HEAVEN ON EARTH....

Sitting by the pool taking in the magnificent views as the sun comes up over the mountains, sipping my coffee, watching several deer and rabbits nibbling at the grass, paradise up in the clouds. Our family celebrated our 25th annual Christmas family reunion and the home provided everything we had hoped for and more. We all wished we could have stayed forever, nobody wanted to leave. Everyone was especially happy to have their own private space in this enormous property. The pool and spa and grounds were comparable to of a plush resort and all exclusively for us. 2 larger media rooms along with LCD's in all of the bedrooms were huge hit. Thank you for everything. We will definitely be back.

AMAZING

I flew in from Moscow to celebrate my 40th birthday. I had over 50 people flying in from all over the word and I knew I needed a spectacular location. After personally looking at half a dozen houses in the Beverly Hills I chose this house on Mulholland Dr because of its amazing location, large open floor plan, spacious bedrooms and GORGEOUS VIEW. The rooms are perfectly appointed, with a wonderful balance of comfort and elegance. The bedrooms have fabulous views, espeially the master. All the guests really enjoyed the party and overnight stay. Would highly recommend staying here if you like a large beautiful home with a killer view and first class service. I've seen a lot of large homes in Russia but nothing stands even close to this amazing property. Mike (the owner) even left us champagne and beer in the fridge. He truly went above and beyond.
