Captivated by Captiva

I this was my 3rd trip to Captiva Island and won’t be my last. This location was perfect! Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops with pool access when the waves were too much.

Captiva stay

This property was in a great location. Short walk to everything. The house was clean and offered everything we were looking for. Nice large screened porch. Community pool was great and location to beach was excellent. Would recommend this property.

Great location. Always love Sunset Captiva. This unit was a great value. There are a few needs- beach towels, TV in the living room has a bad screen, Need to update the coffee maker.

GREAT PROPERTY AND HOME

The location of the property is fantastic!!! It is a very short walking distance from the beach, restaurants and stores. The Sunset Captiva community is very well maintained. It has a pool, tennis courts and grills. The home is very nice. Wrap around screen porch and an open floor plan. A very quiet neighborhood. You can sleep 4 privately. The next two sleep in an open loft. The Wifi and TV worked great. The window treatments need replacement. In the Master Bedroom several slats are missing from the vertical blinds. The blinds in the living room and kitchen had very noticeable stains. When we arrived the housekeeping had not been completed, not vacuumed, dirty dishes, leaking ant traps on the kitchen counters. Because of the excellent location and home set-up we would rent this unit again and just hope they do a much better job on the housekeeping and home maintenance.
