Dear Jane, Thank you for your review and for choosing to stay at our apartment in Herceg Novi. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the convenient location and the newly renovated bathrooms. We’d like to address your concerns about the temperature to provide clarity for future guests. During your stay in June, the average temperatures in Herceg Novi ranged from 26-29°C (79-84°F), which is typical for the season but significantly milder than the peak summer months of July and August, when temperatures can reach up to 43°C (109°F). The apartment is equipped with three air conditioning units, which were in continuous use throughout your nine-day stay. We noticed that some windows and the entrance door were occasionally left open while the AC was running, which may have impacted the cooling efficiency. For optimal comfort, we recommend keeping windows and doors closed when the AC is in use. Additionally, we’d like to highlight that the beds in the apartment are new and designed for maximum comfort to ensure a restful stay. Regarding the upper level, we’d like to clarify that it is currently under renovation, with all work paused during the summer season as required by local regulations. This area is not used for storage and is off-limits to guests for safety reasons. We strive to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests.
