There are 3 spacious bedrooms & 2 modern premium bathrooms.
Master Bedroom: 1 x King + ensuite bathroom + walk in closet + TV & TV box with access to Netflix, Prime, Hulu etc.
Bedroom 2: 1 x King + 1 x Queen + open closet
Bedroom 3: 2 x Queens + open closet + Kid's PacMan
All bedrooms equipped with air condition units for comfort.

The open-plan living and dining area opens out to a sunny front patio & lawn where you can soak up the fresh air while enjoying a cuppa in the morning.
There is a large TV in the living room where you can access your online streaming apps. Please make sure to sign out of your apps when you check out of the house.

Air con units in dining and living areas as well for comfort.

There is a fully equipped kitchen perfect for cooking breakfast in the morning before heading out to explore beautiful Samoa. (rice cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven refrigerator and water cooling dispenser machine - just bring your water bottle).
Basic cooking essentials in the pantry for your use.

Out front is a large cemented driveway which also serves a half basketball court for everyone's enjoyment.
Also on the front lawn is a pergola complete with outside dining set for evening hang outs.
The pergola is also the designated smoking area.

There is a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer and washing basin.
An iron and ironing board is also available in the laundry room.

1 x carport on the side of the house by the side entrance.

WIFI and Hot water is available.

We designed our home to provide you extra comfort and we've thought of everything you need when you're on vacation or on a business trip.
Our home is a great place for you to create treasured memories with your family, and we hope you enjoy it just as much as we do.

Guest access
You have access to the whole house but please note that his is also our family home. We hope you take good care of it during your stay.

Please note:
1. No parties allowed
2. No smoking inside the house (the pergola outside is the smoking area with a sand bucket for cigarette buds - please do not litter)
3. Please note that our home is located in a neighborhood of working families, please be mindful of noise levels.
4. Trash days - please take the green trash bin out to the main road on Monday Nights and Thursday nights ready for trash pick up.
5. Please read the house manual for important information especially regarding electricity.
6. Please note that stays of 7+ days may require mid-stay clean/linen change where additional charges may apply.
