Farmhouse style with a bit of hippie flair in Sebastian, Florida

This home isn’t simply a rental; it’s my primary home, and I welcome you to stay in it while I’m traveling. Instead of seeing unadorned walls, you’ll experience a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The pool provides the perfect respite from the summer heat. Even those who don’t enjoy reading appreciate the tranquility of the library. The backyard is fenced, so it provides privacy for intimate gatherings, in addition to offering a level of safety for your pets. The home is located within walking distance to the Indian River where you’ll find bars, restaurants, and occasional festivals at our local park. There’s a boat ramp nearby, but if you’re not bringing your own vessel, there are plenty of tours available (fishing/sightseeing/air boat excursions). Comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen, kick ass Bluetooth speaker…these are just a few of the perks.

Fun and convenient

Great 2 bedroom place with plenty of couches for additional guests. This rental house has everything we needed - a great pool, kitchen, dining room. It was very convenient to get to everything we needed during our stay.

Brief stay in Sebastian with family

We needed a place to stay with our son and his girlfriend who were traveling north and we were house hunting in the area. Zoey’s house was very welcoming and we immediately felt at home when we walked in. The library is an absolute joy and unlike anything we’ve seen at any other rental. Zoey was a wonderful host and very communicative. I have no hesitation in recommending her and her home
