This is a location that is hard to beat! This lovely Florida vacation rental sleeps six guests in three bedrooms plus one more on a sofa bed in the living room. Two generous full-sized bathrooms provides convenience for everyone.

The pool area is screened so you are assured of complete privacy and protection from insects, while in the winter months, enjoy the warmth of the pool heated with a reliable electric heat-pump. A screened lanai makes a great place for tucking your feet up and enjoying another perfect sunny day. Indoors, stay cool with central air conditioning.
All bedrooms feature queen size beds, dressers, mattresses and quality linens. Our house provides the space to fully unpack, with large walk-in closets in each bedroom.

Should you ever grow tired of the pool or nearby beach, however unlikely that might be, Netflix is provided as a source of TV entertainment - you can enjoy it in the family room on a 50 in smart TV or in a comfort of the master bedroom on a 32 in screen.

If you need to get on internet or even do some work inside the house or out near the pool - the high-speed Frontier 200 Mbps FiOS WiFi internet service is there for you.

A car is needed to get around Venice efficiently. There are a few beaches around accessible with a car.

Note about South Venice Beach Ferry:
South Venice Beach is accessible only (well, technically it is still possible to access it on foot if you like a long sandy beach walk) with a private ferry. We allowed our guests to use our ferry pass complimentary for years, but from January 2022 the South Venice Association made changes and the ferry passes are now managed via phone app. As a result, we can not offer a pass any more.

However, you may still be able to buy your own pass if you wish - you will be required to show a valid lease (VRBO or AirBnB confirmation of rental) for the time period of your rental. If it’s less than 30 days, and no other pass has been entered for that month, a 30-day pass may be purchased. The 30-day pass is non-transferable. There is NO REFUND for time unused within that 30 days. (if you are here for 10 days, the minimum time you can purchase is still 30 days). There maybe additional limitations regarding calendar months - please check this at the time of pass purchase.
