You will have the total privacy of the entire house as well as a fenced backyard, making it the perfect spot for kids to play. Plus, you'll be close to two of the city's major attractions - Arrowhead Stadium, home of the Chiefs, and Kauffman Stadium, home to the Royals - both only 10 minutes away. So have fun exploring Kansas City and take advantage of all the city's attractions while you relax in the comfort of this beautiful, private home.
HOUSE RULES

We require QUIET hours between 10:00pm. and 8:00am.

We have a strict NO party/event rule (please be courteous with your noise level.) Your reservationwill be terminated if there are multiple noise complaints.
*IMPORTANT RULES TO NOTE*
Third party guests are not allowed, unless communicated and approved by the host.
Please keep the partying at another location - respect the neighbors.
There is NO smoking inside the unit. Smoking of any kind is prohibited. If there is any evidence
(smell or paraphernalia), there will be a $200.00 charge.
If something breaks, please notify me immediately.
All items are accounted for, if anything goes missing there will be additional charges incurred for replacement. Prices vary per item.
Stained towels, sheets or blankets (after being treated and/or bleached and washed and then mark doesn't come out) will be subject to additional charges for replacement.

Wonderful Comfortable home

The home I rented was awesome. It was very neat and clean. It has all the amenities that you may need. It was close to shopping and a dance club ai love.

Family wedding stay

We came in from Minnesota and Indiana for a family wedding. It was so nice to stay together. The rooms and beds were comfortable. WiFi and TV worked great. Nice to have a kitchen to cook in. Lots of amenities in the area. It was hot and humid and the AC was wonderful. No issues. Communication with owner was great. Thank you.

Cute Little House

The house is cute and the beds were very comfortable. The location is ok. It's near a grocery store and some fast food which was nice. There was an incident during one of the nights we were there that was a little scary; nothing to do with us though. Communication was great; cleaning could've been a little better but all in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Short and sweet

We made a very quick tip to Missouri for yesterday's Chiefs vs Texans game. We chose to stay at this house due to its close proximity to the stadium. It was a great experience. The house is cute, clean and we felt safe. Our communication with Angie was good as she was very responsive. Thank you for the great experience.

Great communication, cleanliness lacks

This property has potential and the host communicates promptly. We had an issue with a broke ceiling fan that was fixed during stay. Was told there were plug-in fans in all of the bedrooms, but those were not there and were never supplied. House was not very clean. Furniture is in rough shape and stained. Area rugs are very dirty. Had to clean a couple of pans before I could use them for cooking as well. Cupboard with the toaster had crumbs or bugs in it so I wasn’t willing to even use that appliance. One bedroom has a problem with ants getting into it. Front door has gaps with daylight streaming through. Neighborhood is a bit rough looking, but we did feel safe. Did not spend any time outdoors though.
