Wonderful home and location!

We enjoyed staying in Joseph’s home for two nights. The rooftop deck was wonderful and so was the entire house. Nice location to enjoy Baltimore!

Everything was amazing! We were close to lots of bars, walking distance to the Ravens game and a great view of the Harbour. Had a great time with friends, was a weekend to remember for sure! There was lots of room for our group of 6 to sleep. Thanks for everything.

Nice but cold

This was a convenient location for a work-related planning meeting. House was clean and easily fit three of us. Kitchen supplies are sparse and the A/C unit could not be controlled so we were very very very cold.

Great Home!

Had some issues with cleanliness and some things were broken, but was able to communicate with Joseph to resolve those issues! Very spacious for a group of 8, and close to where we wanted to go. Parking can be hard at night, but there is always parking near the main road or wait until the morning to re park your car directly in front. There’s also one parking in the back, if you have a smaller car. Great scenery from the rooftop. My friends and I enjoyed staying here for the weekend!

TLDR: Nice location, some issues that made it an unpleasant stay. Pros: location, roominess, rooftop deck. Cons: As noted in other reviews, Almost no kitchen cooking supplies - which is tough when you are staying for a week. The biggest issue was that the AC was basically unusable. We booked the house because it had 3 bedrooms and we were staying with our kids and parents. The basement looked perfect for our two littles. However the AC was basically like being in a freezer in the basement and first floor, and the top two floors might as well have been an oven. It got so bad in the basement (59 degrees!!) that we had to put our kids upstairs with us to sleep. The host clearly knew about the issue as he sent a 7 point plan, which basically boiled down to “turn fans on upstairs & wear more blankets downstairs”. The house is probably fine in the spring/fall but would be hesitant to stay there in the summer if you need to use the basement as a bedroom.
