Family Friendly and Pet Friendly

------------------

The space:
The house is situated right up along the roadside of the once historic entry to the old town of Warren Maryland, now flooded under the Loch Raven Reservoir.
The Property shares an outdoor space with the next door neigbor tenant with hiking trails built right into the property.
This house is terraced into the hill and has several steps and slopes for entry.
The back side of the property is more tranquil than the street front side, and guest will have permission to explore [at their own risk] the rear yard, trails, and creek-bed.

Important PARKING Information:
Parking here is a work in progress, but there are two options:

Option 1 (closest):
Directly across from the house there is a public pull-off area. It’s the most convenient for access, but it’s an unpaved "wood-chip" surface. Most vehicles with 4x4 or AWD should be OK, but some guests may need to proceed with caution in 2wd and during rain/snow.

Option 2 (alternative):
There’s also a private gravel parking area about 100 yards down the hill. This option is more stable and doesn’t require crossing the busy road, but it does involve a short walk back to the house across sloped terrain.

You’re welcome to use whichever works best for your group, but there is NO parking directly at the house.

Parking Notes:
-There is occasionally heavy traffic on the street, and the public road offers no sidewalk or shoulder space. In addition to road noise, guest may need to cross the street without use of a formal crosswalk to access the parking area.
-These parking options are not suitable for ADA/Disability access due to multiple steps and rough terrain.
