Citarei os mais graves e quem quiser ser enganado fique a vontade !Não existe wi-fi nem a senha do condomínio me foi passada Limpeza só por cima,com vários utensílios doméstico guardados com restos de comida Utensílios velho ,enferrujados ,distorcidos e quebrados Travesseiros guardados imundos e com forte odor de urina Chuveiro que a água bate na parede te impossibilitando de um banho razoável,pois o box da suite é pequeno para o modelo de duchaNenhum dos quartos tem chave ,entfrprédiqusenhopoiquarttotalmentedormea! me r

No anúncio é oferecido o serviço de Internet. Aluguei confiando, quando cheguei no imóvel, não tinha. O apartamento é no 4′ andar e a internet (oferecida pelo condomínio),só funciona na área da recepção ou seja, no térreo. Eu e uma das pessoas que foi comigo, tivemos que trabalhar numa mesinha da recepção, pois trabalhamos pela internet. Faltou clareza no anúncio, pois somos induzindos a achar que é disponibilizado internet pelo imóvel, algo que não é verdade.
