This place overall was very good. Kitchen could have been better stocked, so if you go intending to cook there you may need some items that aren’t there, like a strainer. Having the coffee maker with coffee was nice. Bed sheets had some dirt and hair in them. Bathroom was very well stocked, appreciated having travel shampoo and conditioner options. Some other reviewers mentioned bad smells of pet urine but we did not experience this at all.Family stayed here for a concert at Busch and the distance was perfect and the walk easy. Neighborhood is nice and has some nice coffee shops. Overall this is exactly what we needed and we were happy with our stay. Host’s communication is some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Very easy to work with to change payment methods as needed and answers questions in a quick and timely fashion. We would definitely stay here again when visiting St. Louis!

We brought our daughter's crew to St. Louis for a hockey game and Spring Break sightseeing. The location is wonderful- great restaurants and the incredible Soulard Market all just around the corner.The space was perfect for us, and we found our host easy to reach and attentive. When we encountered a problem, he worked with us to find a solution. We'd gladly stay here again!

this could be an amazing place if they would do a deep clean on the floors and keep it up-and fix the broken blinds. There were very little supplies in the kitchen- no salt or pepper or oil. no dish towels. I to ask for toilet paper and to get the bathroom door fixed, however the host promptly responded and had someone come fix- so that was nice. Stairs are very steep to get up to the apartment. Place just needs some tlc.

Listing was not entirely correct. Kitchen was not well stocked, not enough pans, no salt & pepper, no cooking oil, the center burner on the stove did not work. We had to ask the host for toilet paper and paper towels and the host responded quickly. The listing stated that you could walk to the stadium and that is true, but part of the walk was a little shady, I would not recommend for a family. The listing stated something about games in the patio, but we did not see any games and the patio was not clean. It also said that you could see the arch and that is true but it was not clearly visible. The shower door in the upper room would not stay closed. When we entered the apartment there was strong odor of cat spray and we bought room deodorizer to combat the problem and that seemed to solve the problem either that or we got use to it.

the unit itself is fine but the host is inconsiderate. their was recently a snow storm which caused me to not be able to leave the unit due to our cars being stuck and covered in snow for two nights. I communicated these things with the host and the host said it was fine in so many words but is now trying to charge me for the two extra nights. I couldn’t get my flight, my car was stuck and the snow was unbearable. not upset about the unit but disappointed with the lack of consideration from the host.

The location of the apartment was good. But it was filthy. Dirty bathroom. No towels present in bathrooms. Found them in the dryer with a pair of socks- ewww. Trash on the floor and the floor itself was not clean. Dishwasher was full. Two bedroooms had coded locks on the doors. The downstairs neighbor had a large dog that was outddors barking at us as we arrived. Had to contact the host as there was no water, not their fault as a water line was broken. They did have bottled water delivered to us quickly.

We only got two rolls of toilet paper for 7 girls so that was inconvenient. Also, we only got one trash bag and you say you want us to take the trash out. But we didn’t have any trash bags for some of the trash we had like boxes and bottles so we had to individually take them to the dumpster. Not ideal either. Overall, it was a nice place and the host was great.
