About this space
Wonderful Pet Friendly 2 Bedroom, 1-1/2 bathroom townhouse near Lafayette Square. Minutes from Soulard and Central West End Neighborhoods and close to most of what St Louis has to offer.

Enjoy the spacious spaces with 10 foot ceilings in all the living spaces including the large bedrooms.

A fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including most of what you will need to cook including pots pans plates and many spices.

-Bedroom two has a Queensized bed with a 32" Smart TV and large closet
- Full bath with a jetted tub.
-For additional sleeping a pack n play for infants and a queen size air matress with extra pillows and sheets are provided.
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire first and second floor. There is a basement area that is not accessible to guests.
Other things to note
The home is pet friendly. Most of our guests bring pets. We professionally clean the home after each guest and as much as we try to offer a pet hair free experience, our dark wood floors make that very difficult. If you have pet allergies or expect a 100% pet hair free environment, please consider another property.

There is a small studio apartment with a separate entrance in the basement. Our tenant travels for work 90% of the time and is almost never home.

When we got to the house it needed a good cleaning. It looked like only the high spots were hit. Spoke with Jack & he jumped into action quickly offering anything he could to make our stay comfortable & right. Has a fenced in yard for your pets.

Quiet area, clean house, comfortable beds, thing we liked the least is we didn’t realize there were so many stairs, but that was our fault. Really close to everything in St Louis area.

Photos were misleading, the furniture didn’t match what it showed in pictures, things were broken or unsafe, needs severe maintenance in areas and some things weren’t disclosed that would have prevented us from staying with young children. The host was professional and communicated on a normal consistency. Was a ok stay but def need maintenance

Property is very spacious but needs some TLC. Communication with owner is great. If elderly or physically impared this isnt the place for you. Alot of steps. Nice location to alot of citys attractions

Great host, nice house

The house worked perfectly for our family of 5. The tall ceilings and large windows and skylights filling the space with natural light made it a very nice place to be. We enjoyed the games and the comfortable living room was great for movie night. Beds were very comfortable!We arrived just hours after the tornadoes struck downtown St Louis, and our host was super attentive and communicative as we waited for the city to restore power. We really appreciated his attentiveness and would definitely rent from him again!The house was just 8 minutes from the Arch and minutes from other downtown attractions like Soulard, Forest Park, the baseball stadium, etc.
