Enjoy the beautiful coastline as well as all of our on-site amenities. ​ Enjoy sitting on your private balcony, work out in the fitness center or go for a dip in our salt water pool then relax at the gas firepits. Minutes from Electric Boat, CT College, Coast Guard, Mitchell College. Dog allowed.

Lovely fully furnished 1,252 square foot, 2nd floor, 2BR/2BA apartment with living room, kitchen with island seating, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, laundry room, and patio. Linens, towels, kitchen equipment provided. Featuring a washer/dryer, stainless appliances, granite countertops. Amenities to include, salt water pool, with resort style deck, outdoor kitchen, firepits, clubhouse with fitness center and game room, pickleball courts and dog parks.

The apartment was very nice. We did run out of hot water for the 3rd shower and we needed wash clothes, but everything else was great. Very clean unit and great location. I would return to this unit on our next visit to Groton.

The place was nice, bright and clean. There were no washcloths, so we purchased a few to use. The hot water tank was too small for more than two people to shower. Anyone else showering would have to wait for the water to heat up again or take a cold shower. Overall a great place.

The unit is very clean and well supplied. Easy to use kitchen appliances, with gas range. Bedding and towels were nice. It is a quiet unit, with only a few noise issues over our week long stay: a dog barking one morning and the snow plow was loud. We loved the gym access and general location to many local cities.

Better than last time but still some cleaning agent smell to apartment and detergent smell to sheets. HVAC from buildings are loud at night. So shut all windows or wear earplugs. Good central location. Can use more paper towels and napkins. Otherwise it is a great option in Waterford as all lodgings have things they can improve on.

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. There was limited noise from the neighbors and although it is close to train tracks, the trains didn't keep us up at night. The complex area is very nice with a pool, game room, and outdoor fire pits. We would stay here again.

The apartment is beautiful and exactly as described. The area is nice everything is close by. The amenities included with the stay are great. When my family and I didn’t feel like going to the beach, we spent most of the day at the pool and playing ping pong and pool. Overall it was great we will definitely go back.
