This high-end luxury home is very private and is the perfect spot for a honeymoon or a getaway for a small group of travelers, and it has a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean.

The home is located 10 minutes north of San Juan del Sur in between town and Playa Maderas. The house is easily accessible both to the beaches and the amenities in San Juan del Sur.

The home has a 5 star feel, with gorgeous and luxurious details, two confortable bedrooms that hug you on the first floor, and the common areas are on the second floor which gives a unique touch to this property. You'll be able to enjoy the specious living room area, a small desk if you need to check some e-mail while vacationing, a fully equipped kitchen and dinning room area that seats five people; and there's also a balcony where you'll seat to enjoy the amazing view of the green and beautiful surrounding and the blue ocean.
