Awesome place outside Austin

Communication with the owner was always swift and responsive. The unit is more than advertised with plenty of space and relaxing quiet. Enjoyed my stay!

Month long stay

We stayed here after we had a frozen pipe burst and had to wait for repairs. We did have a couple things not work over that time, and the owners were very prompt and responsive, issues didnt really affect our day to day thanks to them. Overall it was a pleasant stay, much better than a hotel. The street gets crowded after the work day, but doesnt really become an issue as people wait their turn to go. One thing to keep in mind is that all floors are hard, so we ended up bringing some mats so our elderly dog didn't hurt hisnlegs again.

Worked well for us!

My husband and I and our dog stayed at the property for 2 weeks while during our transition in moving to Georgetown. The location is convenient - however, Katy Lane is narrow with lots of cars parked on the street so be careful. The unit is nicely furnished, very clean, and the kitchen is well stocked. Communication with the host is excellent. We even forgot the pass code and needed to reach them at 9:00pm to get the code (long story). They were responsive and very polite!!

Month stay

I stayed in a house in Hutto for a month prior to this stay. Regardless that this location is more crowded I felt safer. I had family over during the weekends and had no issues. Parking can be a headache when you have more than 2 vehicles since you will need to find street parking. The only issue I felt that it was… is with the water. I’m not sure if it’s hard water but when I would hand wash dishes and let them dry it would dry with white spots. When I attempted to make coffee I realized white stuff floating in the water. When I looked over the machine I saw the water container had hard water lines. I had to let it soak in vinegar to get washed. But I loved that they had people come and take out the trash cans and bring them in so I didn’t forget. If you have a dog they have doggie bags outside ready for you to use. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes. Washer and dryer work great. Beds are soft. So if you need a firm bed these are not. At first I felt it was great but overtime my back began to hurt. Overall I enjoyed this place.
