Great house , great host, great location. Georgetown is a great little town and easy to get to Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander even Austin. Dont know what else to say except that if you want a pleasent neigborhood convienent to everything in Georgetown clean and well equiped with plenty of room for every one this is a great place.

Jeffery's communication response time was fantastic. He was more than accommodating. Even pre-lighting the outdoor fire so we could have hot coals to work with on our arrival.

If you are looking for a family oriented house - this would be it. Not only is the house clean and welcoming, but you have everything you need. And it smells sooo good inside the house. My family favorite place in the house was the sunroom! Didn’t take any pictures as we were just enjoying the whole family being together.And Jeffrey is an awesome host and quick to response when you message him.

Perfection!

The property was even nicer than described! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well stocked (coffee, wine, lots of snacks, toiletries, well appointed kitchen—just everything travelers could want or need! Everyone in our group absolutely loved the property and Jeffrey was a perfect host. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Georgetown—stay here!

Amazing stay in a quiet neighborhood

This is a great little getaway very close to all parts of Georgetown. The pics are a bit unassuming. I was surprised about how spacious it was upon arrival. Jeffrey was a great host and replaced a microwave that was acting up within hours of me informing him. I would highly recommend this property for any one visiting Georgetown or Central Texas in general!

Clean, comfortable and full of charm!

We were in Georgetown for a wedding and wanted a place where we could stay with extended family. This home comfortably slept 8 of us and was less than a 10 min drive to all the festivities downtown. The house was very clean with lots personalized touches that made it feel cozy. The home had everything we needed and then some! Extra linens, plenty of towels, umbrellas, soap, shampoo, a fantastic coffee bar, well stocked kitchen (to include some complimentary snacks), boards games, books, even suitcase racks! The owner was very responsive and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. Would absolutely stay here again!

We were I. Town to bring our Dad and Uncle to the memorial for their brother. 6 ended up staying and were all over 60 with 2 over 88. We appreciate the one story home. The only concern we had was that there were no handrails in the showers/tub. Other than that, the home is very nice. Thank you

AMAZING HOST!!!

House was very spacious and clean! There were even games and toys for the littles. Enough sleeping options for a family of 14 with room to spare. Everything you needed was provided, and then some. Jeffrey was amazing! We forgot our daughters wedding cake in the refrigerator, and instead of just throwing it away, He reached out and secured it until our daughter could pick it up. I highly recommend this property. Not just because of the very spacious rooms but the owner has a heart! Thank you again Jeffrey.
