Quite location just minutes from the main street, great restaurants and shopping. Well maintained, comfortable bed and stocked with necessities. Great porch also.

Hi David! I'm glad we had the pleasure to host you, in reference to your review im not quite sure what mishap your wife had i was never informed of anything occurring in/ or on the property. As far as the heating situation we immediately jumped into action and had a heater brought promptly to the property, in which you seemed very happy with, and the temperature rose quickly I'm sorry that the central heat was not functioning at the time, we are in central Florida where the temperatures rarely drop low, and unfortunately that was our mistake not testing it before your arrival as its never used by any guests because Florida is never quite as cold as this winter. I truly appreciate the 5 stars and all of your feedback will be used to better ensure our property is in pristine condition for each and every guest. I'm glad we had the pleasure of meeting, and hope you had safe travels home. Thanks again!

This place was super neat and conveniently tucked away in its own little area towards the rear of a neighborhood. Host was extremely communicative and friendly. 5 stars!

Adequate

The rental itself was adequate for our needs. It was clean and basic needs were supplied by the host.We had trouble connecting to Wi-Fi at first, but the host took care of the problem. We felt very uncomfortable in the neighborhood. It was run down and we didn’t feel safe walking outside. Also the couch in the living room was uncomfortable and after you sat on it a while it sort of sank down to the floor.

Hi Carolyn, Sorry to hear you felt 'unsafe' as we have never had anyone in the past complain about our location or the safety but rural settings may not be fit everyone. Also there is a aerial view, and map for the area you booked as well as security cameras located outside. You never mentioned anything to us about the location or the couch, as we would have addressed any of your concerns in a very timely manner. We pride ourselves upon being honest and offering the absolute best service to our guests as per the previous reviews.
