➝ Private hot tub year-round! 2-person Hot tub (Please note: When the outdoor temperature is below 40°F, the hot tub may take longer to heat or may not reach the desired temperature, and may only be heating up to 80-90 degrees, and it will not reach 100+ degrees)
➝ 10 minutes to the Zoo + Downtown + CHI Center
➝ 5 minutes to UNMC + UNO + Blackstone + Aksarben
➝ Fully stocked kitchen with coffee provided
➝ In home washer + dryer w/ detergent and dryer sheets provided
➝ King Bed
➝ Self check in with Smart Lock
➝ Heated Floor
➝ off street parking + free on street parking
➝ Pet-Friendly - one dog under 40lbs (must be included in the reservation- $60 per pet fee); sorry, we don't allow any other pets and no cats

- Walk to Elmwood Golf Course, Elmwood Park and Pool (open to the public).
- 5 minutes to the Underwood restaurants/central Dundee.
- 5 minutes to Aksarben entertainment district.
- An incredibly short drive to the hospitals and highway access.
- Numerous walking trails, parks and beautifully maintained streets for evening strolls.
- Easy commutes to Blackstone and Benson entertainment districts.

The studio is a basement unit below another Airbnb rental. Guests upstairs are asked to keep the same quiet hours, but please be mindful of them.
