Enjoy False River in this beautiful, spacious, family-oriented, 3 story home w/ comfortable ambiance & striking views of False River. 3 story layout: (1st) ping pong table room with stairs, living room w/pull out sofa, tv, desk, double twin bunk beds, half bath, laundry & outdoor patio leading to a spacious pier; (2nd) kitchen & dining area, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and tvs, full bath, living area & spacious deck to relax, (3rd) enormous master suite-king bed, full bath, daybed w/trundle, sofa, desk.

The backyard has a grass area with a new gas grill for your use.

Guest Access:
Keypad Code is used to enter. 2 parking spaces in Driveway. Additional parking is above the Hill on grass off of False River Drive. Beautiful pier and area for boats.

Getting Around:
The home is located on the lake and 1 mile from restaurants, Wal-mart and local shopping in downtown New Roads. You can't find a better location than where we are!

The condo's location was excellent. Easy to access groceries, gas and fast food. Close to town but on the perfect place in the River. Overall, it was GREAT!

Enjoyed our stay Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed plus extra towels, blankets and sheets. Super One is right across the street so running for groceries and drinks was very easy. Kids were able to swim off the dock and boat tie up was easy and convenient

Perfect!

Our family stayed at False Flamingo for a baseball tournament. This was the perfect get away for our group, taling Friday to rent the pontoon boat and spend a day on False River. Proximity to grocery, park, and restaurants is great. Very spacious for 3 families who just need a weekend away, where kids can fish off dock and take a boat ride. Will be back!

Weekend Getaway

Very nice 3 story property that is in an excellent location to stores, food, gas station, ice machine, and daiquiri bar all within walking distance. This property has easy access to the river and gazebo pier, in which we used to fish and hang out. The property managers were quick to answer questions and offered assistance in a timely manner. We enjoyed our weekend stay and would book here again in the future.

Great experience

Very quick and easy communication with management. Easy access. Check-in and check-out were very efficient. House was overall spacious and clean. There were some aspects of the house that are aging, but these were not a significant issue.

Nice Place with plenty of room!

The location of this place was fantastic. Within walking distance of most things you need. Check in was a breeze , communications were fantastic and spacious enough for 10 adults to comfortably relax. Outdoor decks were spacious and were well furnished. Even the neighbors were friendly. The only negatives were limited parking at the unit, 2 vehicles with the rest needing to park within sight but up an incline in a grassy field. Also, the largest area and TV are on the top floor vs the main level with the kitchen. Not a deal breaker by any means. I would definitely stay here again.

Nicholas you are upset because we charged you for the damages your party made to our property which are by far the most damages we have ever had with any guest. Not only was a hole left in our walls that needed repair, a panel of glass was cracked in the garage door, and also your guests also flushed large objects down the toilet requiring a jetting service to come out over the weekend.
