Enjoy False River in this beautiful, spacious, family-oriented, 3 story home w/ comfortable ambiance & striking views of False River. 3 story layout: (1st) ping pong table room with stairs, living room w/pull out sofa, tv, desk, double twin bunk beds, half bath, laundry & outdoor patio leading to a spacious pier; (2nd) kitchen & dining area, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and tvs, full bath, living area & spacious deck to relax, (3rd) enormous master suite-king bed, full bath, daybed w/trundle, sofa, desk.
The backyard has a grass area with a new gas grill for your use.
Guest Access:
Keypad Code is used to enter. 2 parking spaces in Driveway. Additional parking is above the Hill on grass off of False River Drive. Beautiful pier and area for boats.
Getting Around:
The home is located on the lake and 1 mile from restaurants, Wal-mart and local shopping in downtown New Roads. You can't find a better location than where we are!
