NEW****Huge fully stocked kitchen and huge windows for an amazing view of the river!!! Open floorpan with amazing seating for great conversations!! NEW screened in porch with TV out back, small fire pit and grill!! Thirteen beds to sleep in and three full bathrooms. Property has huge garage and private pier. Updated, bright, and modern vibe for a spectacular stay at False River!!!

The infamous Sandbar restaurant/bar is a 1 minute drive from the house!! Walmart, Walgreens and Super 1 grocery are approximately 6 minutes away!

There are plenty of towels and also a full size washer and dryer. There is a smart TV in every room and free Wi-Fi.

Bedrooms are as follows
1 King (spectacular views)
2 double/full sized beds one that has 2 twin trundles that pullout (ensuite shower)
Bunk room with double/full bunks and also twin bunks (4 beds in all)
Bunk room with double/full XL bunks and also twin XL bunks (4 beds in all) The longer bunks are in the room with the black rug.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No diving off pier only about 5 ft. deep. Please do not put a blow up bouncy on the open lot next door.
You are welcome to rent a pontoon locally or bring your own boat and tie up to our pier. There are some bumpers on pilings but suggest bringing own.
PLEASE do not lock the door going into the garage when checking out.

Our whole family loved everything about our weekend! The house was well equipped with everything you could possibly think of! A huge plus was the back patio with lots of seating! That’s where we spent most of our time!! Would definitely rent again!!!

True Southern Hospitality

This house is spectacularly beautiful. It was clean, stocked and had every amenity you could think of. Plenty of towels, cosy blankets and super comfy furniture. We barbecued and cooked dinner one night at the house. The kitchen has everything you would need and was a pleasure to cook in as it is huge and has 2 sinks, 2 fridges & high end appliances! The decor is lovely yet comfortable. It looks like an interior designer designed the entire place.The beds were AMAZING. Even the twin beds were super comfortable. We all slept great. The AC worked great and all bathrooms were beautiful as well. There are a lot of details and personal touches that really made us feel at home here. We were a large group comprised of teens, college kids, aunts and uncles and one Grandma. Our daughter goes to LSU and we came down for a football game. At first I was worried about the distance to the school which was exactly 30 minutes away, but it was a super easy drive and we really enjoyed the quiet and beauty of the False River community. There is a Walmart exact 8 minutes away. The view of the river out back is amazing, especially the sunrise. The dock off the back of the house was so nice and they also have a wonderful fire pit and really comfortable outdoor furniture right outside the back door. Our host, Brandy, couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. She had suggestions for everything I asked about: food, activities and how to handle the game craziness. We really can’t wait to come back!
