Noise Policy — Read Before Booking

Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Rules:
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Absolutely no outdoor music or speakers at any time, including Bluetooth or portable ones.
- No shouting, partying, or gatherings that exceed the number of registered guests.
- Windows and doors must remain closed if music or TV is playing indoors.
-The township and neighbors actively monitor noise. Violations result in:

* Immediate termination of your stay without refund
* Township fines (up to $1,000 per incident)
* Permanent ban from booking with us again

We’ve worked hard to maintain good standing with our neighbors and local authorities. Please help us keep this home available for future guests by being respectful of the community.

Other House Rules:

- The person booking the property must be at least 25 years of age.
- Our pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If you’re interested in using the pool during the off-season, feel free to send us a message, and we’ll be happy to discuss availability!
-We use a local business that will provide kayaks during your stay w/ paddles and lifejackets. We have a public lake access area 30 seconds away driving distance from the house where you can park and enjoy the kayaks/canoes. There is no direct lake access from the house this season.
-The home cameras are on the exterior front of the house for our and our guest's peace of mind. There are no cameras inside the house or in any common areas.
-The indoor fireplace is not operational during the summer season.
