This place was perfect for our get together! Cherill took really good care of us from the moment we stepped through the door. There was even a personal note and gift waiting for us. I never had that happen before. It was wonderful!

this property was infested with bed bugs. it should not be listed as a rental property until the issue is addressed. to the owner’s credit they agreed to a full refund. VRBO was horrible to deal with regarding this situation. extremely disappointed all around. you almost ruined my entire vacation

My overall experience during my stay was pleasant, and the property appeared exactly as depicted in the photos. However, there were a few areas for improvement. For instance, the shower handle could benefit from being more securely fastened, and the shelves in the room with the double beds had some dirt that needed attention. I truly appreciate the hosts for their excellent communication and for ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. When I mentioned that the lights were not functioning, they were promptly addressed and fixed by the time we returned. The accommodation comfortably accommodated nine people, and its proximity to the mall and other attractions was a definite plus. Thank you for a lovely stay; I would certainly consider booking again. While there are minor issues that could be addressed, our overall experience was enjoyable.

Plenty of room

Our family of 10 stayed prior to a cruise. The location to the Miami port was good. Just a couple of things I can criticize about is there was only 1 roll of toilet paper in the entire place (3 bathrooms), and there was no communication as to anything we would need to do upon leaving (do we take out the garbage?, wash the dishes?, strip the beds?)

A spacious house

The house was very comfortable had space for the idea i was going with.. Outside is very big i didn’t get to experience it but i walked around it a little before checking out.. Overall I love the place definitely recommend..

Perfectly Comfortable

The rental was used for a work trip and everything was perfect to be able to come in from long days and relax, make dinners and generally wind down. Property manager is easy to contact, is very accommodating and there is nothing we would change about the rental experience at all. We have already booked the rental for our next visit and hope it will be available for the next few trips we have to make. Thank you so much for your offering. It's very nice to be able to relax knowing that part of the trip is a no-brainer!

About my stay

My stay was okay the things that were wrong about the property was that it had a very bad house smell and the sheets & couch spelt very old so we had to get candles and cleaning stuff to refreshen the home . Also the beds were very unstable and I did fall off getting onto it in the master room . Other then that the house is very spacious And the outside space is very lovely and nice for you to chill out with your friends and family . I started to adjust to my stay over time just was a few things that needed to be better.

Better than expected

We were skeptical to start with but we were plesently suprised. Due to weather our cruise was delailed and we were informed by the owner we could remain while the clean up process started. Then our cruise was SERIOUSLY delayed and we were informed we c I ykd leave our luggage while we got a bite to eat if it would help. We left with all of our luggage. HOWEVER it was EXTREMELY refreshing to have someone who bent over backwards to do everything possible to help and make our trip as smooth and accommodating as possible in an otherwise stressful time. I cant say enough good about this experience. Thank you from the bottom of all 14 of our hearts.......job well done....and the fresh krispy kreme doughnuts drlivered were a welcome addition. D. Mixed Feelings

This property was large enough for my group of 8 to fit comfortably. The backyard was spacious and very accommodating. Be aware that a nearby neighbor owns at least one rooster and another (or maybe the same?) has a heavy bag or something that he hits frequently. While we were unloading the car, a man approached us trying to solicit internet or TV services and an Uber driver remarked that we were not in a great part of town. However, the neighborhood was quiet and I did not feel unsafe. Additionally, while the pictures of the house are accurate, they do not show the amount of repair the place needs. I had to repeatedly message the owners with various broken items and damage (ex., towel holders coming out of the wall, broken cabinet in the kitchen, hole in the wall behind a door in one of the bedrooms, etc.) to ensure that we were not charged for something that we did not do. The house had been cleaned and smelled like cleaner when we arrived, but could really use a deep clean and fresh coat of paint. The owners were quick to respond most of the time and were gracious enough to let us check in an hour early. Overall, I would not stay here again, but it worked for a weekend with a large group.

Definitely NOT Impressed

This property was not as described. It’s run down and unkempt. When we arrived there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher including crusted tomato sauce! And there was NO dishwasher detergent available. Sheets were missing and pillow cases had stains consistent with body fluids. When we called the manager, we did get dishwasher detergent and new sheets. Because we were busy with a business convention, we made the best of it. The last night the front door code didn’t work and we couldn’t get in. This did not look like a “safe” neighborhood. I notified management and they said they would check the app. I never heard back. We ended up finding an unlocked door in the back. The kitchen was NOT well stocked vied with old, dirt pans and broken cabinets. I would never rent this place again as it was NOT well represented in the description. The tub was extremely slippery and we are lucky no one got hurt! No shower curtain in the master shower
