This unit is pet-friendly, and we charge a $200 fee per pet. Please make sure your reservation reflects the correct number of pets so the payment is automatically processed. Any non-approved pets will incur a $500 fine, and failure to disclose pets may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home or garage! Any smoking evidence will result in a $500 fee for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

To ensure the safety and security of all guests, we require a valid government-issued ID from the primary guest before check-in. This is standard practice for all bookings. We retain the right to refuse access to the property until your ID is collected and verified
