With a view that rivals the tropics, SUP, Kayak, Dock for your boat, BBQ, firepit, and amenities like a washing machine, hair dryer, WiFi, AC, and private master suite, guests will feel right at home. Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn thermostat to 60 degrees
Collect all garbage, and place in the green garbage bin in the garage.
Cover patio furniture with a waterproof cover stored in a bin on the patio. Turn off propane tanks for the BBQ and fire pit.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We are in a quiet neighborhood, we don't allow events or parties.

Union Lake living is so beautiful. You feel like you are up north, but you are located just outside of Metro Detroit. Having access to all of the water sports activities on the all-sports lake is fun year-round. Ice fishing and ice skating are very popular in the winter.

What makes this property unique

The freshly updated home and open floorplan make our guest house so comfortable. The decor is modern, yet comfy. You can get away from it all while you are staying with us. Kick off your shoes and make yourself at home.
