It is a Designer home (Irisi floorplan) with enclosed lanai, walk-in shower, 65" TV in the living room and a 40" TV in the master bedroom. Also provided are 2, 2-seat gas-powered golfcarts, a weber grill, full kitchen and laundry facilities, with access to multiple pools, recreation centers, town squares that play music 365 days a year.
