The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. All homes that are occupied must be occupied by at least one person who is at least fifty five (55) years of age. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.

Resident IDs: You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickle ball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests.
Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker; And Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages.
Smoking: No smoking or vaping on the premises. Violation will result in a $1,000 charge per incidence of smoking or vaping in/on the property, and your stay will be terminated.
Pets: We do not allow pets at this property.
Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing these.
Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will have a handyman or repairman come out and address the problem.
Golf Cart: Due to liability, the golf cart in the garage is not for guest use.

Five Star
We just stayed at this location for over 3 months. Very comfortable, nicely furnished home. We felt very at home here. Best location in The Villages. Very short golf cart rides to Mallory Country Club, Havana Country Club, Colony Rec Center and Miona Rec Center. Also to Publix, Walmart Neighborhood Store, and brand new Aldi. It was very quiet eventho it backs up to Morse Blvd. This is not an issue.
We were visiting family in the villages, and needed a place to stay while visiting. Great house, comfy beds, very clean, and plenty of room for six of us. Very minor things to comment on would be low water pressure for showers, and extra blankets would be nice. We didn’t report any of these two items, because overall the place was very nice and clean. Had new appliances too. Would rent here again for sure!
Fine accomaodations. Not enough room in garage for our suv car and our rented. Bedroom carpet was very dirty and ceiling vents were dirty. We made a call to management and they immediately set out a clean up crew. That was efficient but we paid a lot to stay there and it was an inconvenience for us.

Becker Sunny Hideaway
This was a beautiful home in a great location. The large screened lanai was great, and the home was very spacious. The kitchen could use some more items. There was only a 1 cup keurig, which wasn’t adequate for 6 people. There was no blender, and only 2 coffee mugs. We bought a 10 cup coffee maker, a blender and 6 mugs. The knives were very dull, and poor quality, so we bought a new one.
There were no beach towels, so we bought a couple for ourselves.
Usually there is a hair dryer in rentals, but none here.
I know this was the first time the home was rented, and with these few additions, it will be a great rental. We did have a wonderful time and would definitely book this house again.
