This newly renovated home sits in a quiet double cul-de-sac in the SW corner of Springfield. Conveniently located off Hwy 60 behind beautiful Chesterfield Village, it is easy to access any part of Springfield! The home borders along the Trail of Tears and is also nearby the Greenway trails. Our secluded fenced-in backyard features a 5 person lounger style hot tub, gas grill, blow up movie screen with projector, & games! The home is stocked with whatever you might need!
The space
The home comfortably sleeps 8, with an additional cot (comfy mattress included) and a sleeping space on the couch.

The bedrooms have extra linens available and storage for clothing in the closets. In the office space there’s an electric stand up desk and ergonomic chair - with very fast Wi-Fi! Climate control is easy with the Ecobee smart thermostat.

Our kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances. The fridge makes craft ice among many handy features, the oven can cook convection & air fry, and the dishwasher has space for everything. There is also a blender, Keurig coffee machine, a few basics in the pantry, and all the cookware/utensils you need.

The Maytag washer and dryer offer many modes and are easy to use. Hangars, an iron, and ironing board can be found in the laundry area.

We’ve worked to provide a private and fun space out back. The gas grill is easy to use, and is under the covered portion of the patio. We treat our yard and home with pet friendly pest treatment, you can also find bug spray/citronella out back if you’d like. Blow up the movie screen and stream thru the projector, play yard games, or just relax in the Hot Tub! The backyard is a nice place to unwind.

There’s also a few things for the kids. An infant/toddler bath is available, portable crib with bassinet, high chair, children’s dinnerware, and games for all ages.

Small & Medium dogs welcomed, no more than 2. All dogs should be potty & house trained! Please help us keep our home clean for all guests. A pet fee of $50 will apply. Additional fees will apply for any damages.
Guest access
We’ll provide an access code for the front door before your stay and one garage door opener is available as well. Park in the cul-de-sac, driveway, or garage.
