We are so sorry to hear about the floors not being quite as clean as they should have been, this is not something that is a usual occurrence but it sounds like it was definitely an oversight on our end and we certainly apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I have sent an email to housekeeping staff notifying them of the situation and the proper steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen again. I am glad that you enjoyed your overall vacation experience and hope that in the future should you make the decision to return you will keep in mind that we would like for you to be completely satisfied with the accommodations provided and if anything isn't quite up to par please give our helpful staff a chance to readdress the issue while you are here. We are grateful for the kind words! Seeing dolphins every morning sounds like a dream come true. The white sand and uncrowded beach is one of the best things about off season and Gulf Dunes in general.
