FREE PARKING AND FREE WIFI!!! This upgraded three bedroom / two bath condo with new granite countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms, sleeps up to 8 guests! This is a very budget friendly solution for your big party. The layout is great, everyone gets their privacy. The spacious master bedroom is on the beach side with the entry to the beach front balcony. Incredible views can be seen from the dining and kitchen areas. Meal prep is made easy as the kitchen is fully equipped and has lots of counter space and storage. For added convenience a washer and dryer can be found in this amazing condo. The Gulf Dunes property is at a great location, close to everything yet very private. Just a short walk to the Okaloosa Island's BOARDWALK where you find multiple restaurants and shops as well as activities for the whole family. Close to shopping and several eateries. The property features 2 beach front pools, tennis courts, exercise room, BBQ grills and elevators. This property is sure to please you!

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 2 double beds, 3rd bedroom with bunk beds, NO CLOSET IN THIS ROOM. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 8.

We love Fort Walton

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Fort Walton Beach. The property is as listed, with an incredible balcony overlooking the emerald blue and green waters. We watched dolphin and sting ray from our balcony. The unit is nice with lots of sleeping spaces. Some of the kitchen items are in rough shape, but we were able to manage a full Thanksgiving dinner with what was provided and a few items from home that we’ve learned are essential to our experience. I did have to contact customer service for an issue with one of the beds and got a prompt response: I opted not to have them look at it during our stay, but they ensured that someone would after we left. The only true complaint I have is that many of the doors felt “sticky”. We tried cleaning them but determined it was just a really bad paint job that never set properly. This was not a deal breaker for us and could likely be easily remedied by repainting the doors. The heated pool was amazing— especially after jumping in the cooler November ocean water. It’s a great property and I’d stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gulf Dunes. The condo was clean, and spacious, and matched the description in the photos. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The ice maker was a bonus. The bed was comfortable but a bit firmer than we are used to. The only recommendation I would make is to add an ottoman to the furniture in the living room so that there is a comfortable place to rest your feet! The view from the balcony was amazing. We enjoyed watching the dolphins swim by in the early morning. We also took advantage of the offered Explorie activities and my husband golfed several times! We highly recommend The Shack restaurant in Fort Walton Beach (excellent Lobster Crab Cakes) and BoShamps in Destin for a pricier but excellent seafood dinner!We cannot wait to return and will definitely use Brooks and Shorey again!!

Home Away From Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always a pleasure at Gulf Dunes. The only thing negative about this trip was not being able to sit on the balcony due to cigarette and pot smoke coming our way from neighbors. My daughter has asthma so we wish there could be a smoker's building and a total non-smokers building. And I think marijuana is illegal in Florida. Seemed to be from a couple of doors down from us...maybe 506 or 505. But hard to say for sure. Also the 2nd bedroom tv did not work at picture on it; just "no cable" sign when turned on screen. We love Gulf Dunes. Maryanna is the best!
