This unit is centrally located on Okaloosa Island and just steps away from the pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The comforts of home are provided for you in this cozy condo, including a full kitchen with all major appliances and items necessary for preparing meals that you can enjoy while sitting on the balcony and taking in the fantastic view. Washer and dryer are in included in this condo giving you the ability to keep up with all your laundry needs.

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed. Bunk beds in the hallway. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 6.

The only negative is I think the table and two chairs on the balcony need replacing. The table is badly stained. I booked through Brooks and Shorey, and they are always professional and efficient. It's located right across the street from Stewby's restaurant, where we had our favorite meal of the week!

Just wish we could have brought our fur babies so my husband could have come with us.306 is a good condo. Carpet in bedroom needs a cleaning and ceiling fans but other than that it was perfect. Brook and Shorey is a great company to rent from! So very helpful. Bonus of chairs and umbrella furnished daily. Dan set us up daily on the beach and was very helpful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental was comfortable and beautiful. The view from our balcony was fantastic. Everything was as stated and the pictures are current. This was a beautiful condo and fully equipped. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely book again with Brooks and Shorey. The only thing I think they could add, would be a few towel bars for hand towels near the sink and maybe a few hooks on the doors for drying bath towels. We had to hang our hand towels on the door knobs (not ideal).

We worked with Marianne at Brooks and Shorey and she was GREAT help and was able to answer all questions. The condo is in a great location. There are some restaurant's that are within walking distance. The beach chairs and umbrella's was nice to all you have to do is walk down to the beach and enjoy.The only thing that I would say is a little negative is there not enough storage area for you to put any grocery in the kitchen so we had to leave stuff sitting out on the countertops and on the table.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, we have stayed at Gulf Dunes condos for nearly 10 years. We love the location and that they are quiet and never feel crowded! This last stay the grounds were neat and clean, constantly seeing someone cleaning and keeping everything in order outside. Our room on the other hand had a leaky sink faucet that dropped constantly, WiFi wouldn’t work in master, carpet needed replaced dearly as well. The condo was just dated and for what we paid we just expected more. Was it horrible no but could use an update for sure.

Sadly, this condo needs work.... The first thing you see when you walk in is the curtains hanging off the curtain rod (they actually aren’t even the right size)! The bed is not comfortable.... The owner obviously cares little about guests...ok for very short visit... otherwise choose another condo.... Best thing about this condo is the wonderful view! Property management folks are wonderful!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The sofa bed was broken guest had to sleep on couch for 8 days. The bedroom carpet and throw rug in front room very dirty. The jack and jill bathroom was missing a door and the toliet lid was broken in bathroom off bedroom. The curtains do not fully close over patio door. The unit smells of mildew. When contacted by management company they stated will address after our departure, why not during our stay as they came into unit to address hurricane shutters making noise and disturbing people at pool. This unit compared to others had minimal kitchen supplies and outdated appliances.On a positive note Marianne at front desk is very nice and most helpful.

Overall this unit needs a total refresh and brightening up. Just seems dull and dingy and old. Same broken tiles in kitchen. Not enough storage in bathrooms for guest personal items. Need instructions for living room TV, shower and explanation about re-set button in bathroom. Unit is comfortable but could really need an update. I would recommend gulf dunes but just not this particular unit.
