Spacious Newport Beach house on the Oceanfront, great beach and bay access.  Located right on the boardwalk, adjacent to additional guard gated parking. Short walk to everything.

Our location is one of the best spots in all of Southern California and certainly Newport beach.

Yes, steps away from the world Balboa pier and the ferry to the Balboa Island. The Catalina Flyer launches  from the Balboa  Bay front, also a short walk away.  There’s whale watching, and every sport possible in the Balboa Bay, including sailing, boating, jet skiing, kayaking.

Our beach house is great for family gatherings, reunions, and special events. Build a fire on the beach and have a family get together. Have a fun family barbecue.

Panoramic, breathtaking views of the beach and oceanfront, pier, park, and fire pits in the distance. 

Short walk away, from the  top restaurants, shopping, entertainment, activities and points of interest in the local area.

Enjoy the luxury of comfort at our beach house, which boasts 7 bedrooms 7 bathrooms, 2 living rooms/family rooms, 2 dining rooms, 2 kitchens, front yard overlooking the boardwalk with BBQ, upper level sundeck/patio with BBQ, features breathtaking, picture postcard, panoramic views of the pier, oceanfront, and fire pits, including views up and down the boardwalk.

We loved this house right on the beach. It’s modern & clean. There were 22 of us in our group and we all fit comfortably. The hostess was fantastic to work with. She called a few days before we checked in to explain what to expect when we arrived, and that helped everything go smoothly. The house is within a short walking distance to the Balboa island ferry and has lots of great eating options close by.

The 7bed and 6 bath house was perfect for our family getaway this past week to kick off the summer. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep. Foot steps to the beach, pier and restaurant. Shauntelle was great with making sure we got everything we needed. There's plenty of dine ware and cooking items. Bathroom was nice and newer. Beds were real king size Beds. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out through out the house.

We just wrapped up a wonderful week at this property with 12 adults and 12 children. We rarely find a place that can accommodate all of us, and this felt so roomy – especially beneficial were the six bathrooms!I can’t say enough good things about Shauntelle. She went out of her way to take care of us, providing some extra amenities that would have been difficult for us to haul in our vehicles. She communicated with us leading up to our stay, and the virtual walk through upon arrival worked out great.The location is wonderful, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and walking/biking on the boardwalk. We were able to park 3 vehicles at the property, with a fourth nearby on Balboa Blvd.I highly recommend this property for your beach vacation – we had an absolute blast here!

We had a great time this past weekend. Shauntelle is wonderful! Great communication and VIP service. I have a small business so I appreciate the high level of service and Shauntelle is a pro. View form the balcony is great, parking is right in front of you, shops close by. The house is so roomy with so much space and so nice that there are six bathrooms. Kitchen is well stocked for those who like to cook. We look forward to coming back again soon. Thanks for making our stay so great and relaxing, Shauntelle.

We had a blast. We had 27 people with us and a frenchie and had plenty of room. Rooms and kitchen were clean and well equipped. View from top balcony was great. The host was very informative. We had a small issue with a couple of fans and she was right on it. Washer and dryer available but quarters only!!! So many stores , restaurants ,playground and soccer field walking distance.Highly recommend and we will definitely stay here if visiting New Port again. Thanks again!

The house was wonderful for our large family reunion. It was wonderful having 2 kitchens and 6 bathrooms. We had 21 people. Shauntelle was a fabulous hostess who gave us VIP care. The beach there has perfect waves perfect for boogie boarding.

Shauntelle was exceptional—proactive, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful—making everything seamless from start to finish.The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and easily accommodated our group of 13. The beachfront location was unbeatable—we even hosted a catered brunch for 80 guests just steps from the beach house, which made for a truly special and stress-free celebration.The virtual check-in process was incredibly helpful, it walked us through the home’s features and allowed us to settle in quickly and focus on the event. Her local recommendations and VIP concierge services for dining, shopping, and activities elevated the experience to a true resort-style stay.Without a doubt, this was the best vacation rental experience we’ve ever had. My friends and I had a great time staying here! Shauntelle, our host, did a great job and gave us a VIP treatment. She was very accommodating; working with us to give us check-in and check-out times that worked for our schedule. And the property was furnished with everything we needed! We had all the linens, bedding, and utensils we needed.The property itself is great! There were 11 of us staying there and there was more then enough room there for us all to sleep comfortably! We were there to have a board game retreat and there was more then enough room for us to have multiple games going at once. And right outside is the beach, so when we wanted to take a break from gaming we could just walk outside and relax on the beach.

We had an amazing time at the Newport beach house last weekend with 10 friends to celebrate the 60th birthday for two of us. The house is beautiful, spacious, and all the beds are super comfortable. We loved the balcony and enjoyed the sunsets! It’s in the perfect location with a very short walk to the Balboa pier. We had fun taking the ferry to Balboa Island and a harbor cruise to see celebrity homes. It was easy to book through VRBO and Shauntelle made sure the house had everything we needed. She was always available if we needed anything and I was grateful she provided extra towels and blankets that we requested. We would definitely stay at this beach house again!

This was a fabulous place for our large family gathering! Shauntelle, the host, was super helpful and attentive. The location was amazing. Steps from the sand. The house had two kitchens stocked with everything you need. Plenty of linens. Slept 27 easily. Beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas were an added bonus! We would love to come stay again! It features spectacular ocean and Catalina views and is the only area where you have access to the beach, bay, and is within walking distance to top restaurants, shopping, entertainment, points of interest, and attractions. Additionally, it can accommodate large parties and there is ample parking around the property, which can be hard to find in Newport Beach.
