The space
This home has been lovingly renovated into an open and cozy retreat with 3 bedrooms, 1 bunk room, and 2 full bathrooms. Although the home can sleep up to 19 guests we personally think it comfortably accommodates 15 adults/kids.

The living room and each bedroom has its own Roku smart TV with access to apps like Netflix, Prime video, Hulu, & Disney+. Internet access throughout the home is also included.

The living room has an assortment of board games, cards, and dominos for the more relaxed evenings. Included are some basic fishing poles and gear.

The Primary bedroom has a king bed, desk, and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a desk. The third bedroom is also a queen bed. The bunk room has 7 beds total (2 full & 5 twin). The living room has a pull out queen bed, and we have 2 roll out sofa beds in the hall closet. The second full bathroom is in the hallway.

Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, appliances, silverware, dinnerware, pots/pans and basic cooking spices, a fridge with an ice maker and a coffee/tea station. There is a Keurig and a regular drip coffee maker.

Bathrooms have cruelty-free, vegan shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided including a hair dryer.

In the backyard you will find a full-sized barbecue grill and grill brush.

NOTE: The home sits directly on Lake Conroe and the community boat ramp is a only 4 houses down.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the house and property except for the garage and a closet in the bunk room that the house keepers use. There is plenty of parking (auto, boat, RV) in the driveway.
Other things to note
To maintain security the house has 3 exterior ring cameras and a ring doorbell, none inside.
