The location is great and they have thought about everything. We really enjoyed have the boat dock right behind the house! The Kayaks was a nice addition!
Great property and great location on the lake. Just wish the grass would have been cut before our stay. Other than that it was great. Would stay again.
We truly had a lovely stay. The house offers 3 good sized bedrooms, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and two bathrooms.
Outdoor there’s a huge well maintained yard with a cozy lounge, sunbeds and firepit. There are two kayaks, life vests and beach towels.
We had all we needed and had a. Ery relaxing time!
The house was very clean and had everything we needed.
We hosted a small gathering with plenty of outdoor space to play games and hang out.
The beds were comfy.
It was an easy weekend getaway.
Husband and I took a week long fishing trip.We were able to tie the boat up infront of the house. Caught fish right off the deck the first night. Invited family the 1st couple nights of our stay, the home accommodated us all nicely along with our two pups. Would highly recommend this place. The host were very responsive to all questions.
Loved the ease of access to the lake with its own boat lift. We went specifically to fish for a week. House was clean, and didnt really have need for anything. Plenty of room for visiting family, when they came for a few nights to fish as well. Plenty of room to park your boat trailer, and large back yard to play. Kayaks, cornhole, and seating outside. We will be staying here again. Grocery store less than 10 minutes away.
House was clean and inviting and roomy enough for 6 people. Home was very close to boat launch, which is a plus. Fishing behind the house was great as well as we caught several large brim and catfish. They also had plenty to do around the house with board games, kayaks and outdoor firepit. Nice place for relaxing.
This was a weekend getaway for my family. Ages ranged from 2-65. We all enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for paddle boards. My grandson enjoyed the ducks and turtles. Property owner/manager was very responsive when we had an issue. It was resolved quickly and didn't affect or stay!
Stayed here over weekend after fishing trip on lake Friday. Nice clean place to shower, relax and grill fish. Large gas grill would not start, probably just needs burners cleaned because gas line and tank was working. Plenty of charcoal though for the old Smokey. Plenty of room in back yard for corn hole and washers. Be sure to bring your own lawn chairs. Patio sitting was nice and comfy but need patio chairs if ya want to be on deck or in the lawn. Plenty of parking as well for four full size trucks. Close to grocery stores and gas stations which made it nice to grab some items to cook. Easy check in and out. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place for a well deserved weekend vacation.

Thanks Brian. Glad we were able to host you and your guests and it was a positive experience!
More patio chairs were ordered and have arrived. I was not aware of the grill issues, but we will get that looked at asap. We pride ourselves on delivering what people see when they book and getting a fully functioning house. I would expect no less as a guest myself. Thanks again!

Host is hostile and place is not very clean
The house was nice and cozy. It has everything one needs. It was overall clean inside but outside has cobwebs and dusty. The sitting area outside is too dirty to sit in. The grill pit was dirty and not usable. Small corners of the house had cobwebs. The place smells really musky like an old house but they had candles there which came in handy. The just expects you to put the dishwasher on and put all the laundry like towels in the washer. To me that was odd as we already paid the cleaning fee and it’s not the first time I’m doing house rentals. I was leaving the house and the host calls me 11:15 letting me know I need to leave the house. He had a very rude tone and when I told him that he let me know at this point he can call the police to take me out. Worst host I have ever had. I have pictures to show but it doesn’t give me an option to upload pictures.

Well it was bound to eventually happen after 2 years hosting and close to 150 amazing guest stays on multiple platforms, we got the worst guest ever. Hosts beware!
Two days before arrival I knew this was going to be the guest I hoped I would never get. They were not even in the home yet and they were sending messages to complain.
They complained about our checkout procedures where we ask guests to put their items in the dishwasher when they depart. I guess that is unreasonable? Then for some reason they complained about laundry, which we take care of for all our guests.
Once at the home I got 2 messages in the app asking where the towels are. Both times they were answered. They did not read either message and then called me a few hours later asking again where the towels are. Then out of no where she says "I expect you to come bring me some tonight".
At this point, after 9 PM, I called the cleaning company owner only to confirm the towles were not stolen by the prior guest. Nope! So for a 4th time, the guest was told to check the hall closet.
The nonsense went on for 2 days, although never was the house, it's condition, cleaning, etc., ever an issue.
For someone who disliked their stay so much, we could not get them to leave at check-out. At 11:20 am the cleaning crew calls saying the guests are not leaving. We had to contact VRBO and at 11:40 they finely left. Like clockwork here comes a negative review. We can only laugh at this point.
We must have been punked!
