The space
Upon arrival of the Modern Black Farmhouse you’ll be surrounded by beautiful mountain views and quiet countryside vibes. There’s plenty of parking space, an RV pad with RV plug, and garage space with an electric car hookup. In the backyard you'll find an oversized patio with a fire pit, BBQ grill, outdoor sectional, and plenty of outdoor seating.

Once inside you’ll enter into the open and spacious living room, kitchen, and dining area with beautiful artwork, 75 inch TV, fireplace, and ample seating for everyone to comfortably enjoy each other's company and create memories that last forever.

The kitchen has seating for 20 with a massive island, high end 8 burner stove top, double ovens, and an oversized fridge and freezer that makes this the perfect place for entertaining and large gatherings.

The house can comfortably sleep over 20 and has 21 beds, 6 bedrooms and a kids bunk room with a couch that the kids will love. All the bedrooms including the bunk room have large flat screen TV’s.

Keep the entertainment going all night with the 150 inch screen in the theater room and massive couch so the whole family can enjoy. You’ll also find the perfect game room with a pool table, ping pong, and a kitchenette creating the space that you’ll never want to leave.
