The Space:

Upon arrival of the Modern Black Farmhouse you’ll be surrounded by beautiful mountain views and quiet countryside vibes. There’s plenty of parking space, an RV pad with RV plug, and garage space with an electric car hookup. In the backyard you'll find a custom putting green, pickleball/ basketball court, large hot tub, built-in natural gas fire pit, turf area, oversized patio, BBQ grill, outdoor sectional, and plenty of outdoor seating and chairs.



Once inside you’ll enter into the unreal open and spacious living room, kitchen, and dining area with beautiful artwork, 15 ft tall hanging chandelier, 75-inch TV, fireplace, and ample seating for everyone to comfortably enjoy each other's company and create memories that last forever.



The kitchen has endless seating with a massive island, 8 burner stove top, double ovens, and double fridges that make this the perfect place for entertaining and large gatherings. There's a separate fridge in the garage as well.



The house can comfortably sleep well over 20 and has 21 beds, 6 bedrooms and a kids bunk room with a couch, TV, and Nintendo that the kids will love. All the bedrooms including the bunk room have large flat screen smart TV’s.



Keep the entertainment going all night with the 150-inch screen in the theater room and amazing massive couch so everyone can enjoy. You’ll also find the perfect game room with a pool table, ping pong, 2 arcades loaded with games, and a kitchenette creating the space that you’ll never want to leave.



Guest Access:

The entire home will be accessible to you, with the exception of the third car garage and one locked supply closet.
