Opulent Oasis is a luxurious and stylish 3 bed, 2 bath home with unbeatable amenities and an amazing location that people of all ages can enjoy! It's just minutes from the best parts of east Wichita as well as College Hill, Old Town, and downtown.
It has been fully remodeled, with stylish Modern decor, cozy furniture, and beds for up to 10 people. Unbeatable amenities include a Hot Tub, Pergola with fire pit, gorgeous landscaping, a pool table, basement bar, and children's play area/ nook.
We offer self check-in with a personalized code for the deadbolt keypad on the front door.

This house is located in a cute and cozy neighborhood in East Wichita, nestled between College Hill and Eastborough. Most of the houses were built in the early 20th Century and have loads of character. You'll see Tudors, MCM and colonials. It is incredibly convenient with easy access to Kellogg Avenue (Highway 54/400) and Central Avenue. There are several parks within 5 minutes of the home, including College Hill Park, Cypress Park (less than a mile), and Eastborough Park. There are great eateries within seconds of the home, including Angelo's Italian Restaurant, China Inn, George's French Bistro, Albero Cafe, and more. In a hurry, you'll also find many fast food restaurants (including Taco Bell, Dairy Queen, Sonic, McDonalds, Braums, Spangles, Schlotkey's, Subway and more). Dillon's Grocery Store, Walgreens and CVS are all within 2 miles of the home, and Whole Foods and Trader Joes are less than 10 minutes. Towne East Mall and Bradley Fair are also within 10 minutes.
Guests have full access to the property (with the exception of one mechanical and storage closet that is accessed via a coded lock.

There are a few restaurants (Local Restaurant, Albero Cafe, Angelos)/ fast food places (Dairy Queen, Sonic, Chick N Max, Braums, etc) within walking distance of the home.
Please note, Wichita is not the most walkable city. There is a bus system but it can be difficult to navigate. Renting a car or using Uber/ Lyft is highly recommended for most excursions.
This is a QUIET neighborhood and we do NOT allow PARTIES. If there is any sign of a party (I.e. lots of people coming and going (especially late at night), excessive noise, complaints from the neighbors, lots of alcohol being brought in, signs of drug or and/or drug paraphernalia), you will be escorted out of the property immediately without refund.
This property is Non Smoking.
Things to Note about the Hot Tub:
-We love to offer the Hot Tub as a wonderful and luxurious amenity, but minors are not allowed in the hot tub without being accompanied by an adult.
- Please no food or drink in the hot tub as the requires extensive cleaning.
- We ask that anyone using the hot tub showers and removes any major lotions/ oils/ etc. prior to getting in the hot tub.
- We ask that guests do not use the Hot Tub after 10PM so as not to disturb the neighbors.
This unit is located about three blocks from a fire station and police station. Sirens can be heard at times (even late at night). This is unpredictable.
