AMAZING and CLEAN location.

This was a great place for our friend group to stay at and enjoy a kid-free weekend together. Allowed us all to spend time together but also have our own space for each couple. Highly recommend booking the fly the coop dupe!

We traveled with two small dogs (10 and 18 lbs). The fenced yard is large enough for plenty of zoomies, easily accessible from the sliding patio door, and secure. The home is very clean! They have plenty of soft, fluffy towels, nicely scented hand soaps, and clean nice smelling bedding.The kitchen is well-supplied, and our host left us treats.We would definitely stay here again!The only word of caution is that if you have reactive/barky dogs they will bark at every little sound that the neighbors make. As this is a duplex, you can easily hear the neighbors.

Very nice two story duplex. Very clean. Nice back patio and yard backing up to a large pond. We had everything we needed. Home is well stocked. Kitchen, bathrooms, etc.A bit or road noise from 54/400 when on the patio outside.

Weekend wedding

The location was perfect as ready access to the roads to get to the wedding and the venue in a short time. Very safe neighborhood. So great that there were 3 full baths so we could all get ready easily! Cute patio and loved the clean and simple decor style.

Love Fly the Coop Dupe

We had the best time at Fly the Coop Dupe! We comfortably fit 7 adults. The host was very thoughtful leaving a personal welcoming card, snacks and extra toiletries. Loved the boho decorations and the very quiet neighborhood. For families we saw she had a stair gate, pack and play, plus toys for littles. Will definitely book again next time we visit Wichita!

The extra details is what makes this place worth it. The place is clean and all the extras in making sure those who stay there are well cared for. Nice snacks stocked. This last time we only had 3 people staying and last time had 5 people, so the cost was justified. The place says it has Disney but for the 2nd year in a row, I find this not to be true. Need to change that, don't need Disney but just was in the paper work as something that was available. Host is great with communication and making sure your stay is as pleasant as possible. Only cons would be it's expensive for the location(although its good location for us) and the thin walls and subsequent noise of the neighbors. I would suggest renting this space and taking care of the space.

Well taken care of Duplex/Townhome

Ashleigh has a nice a clean place that makes it easy to relax after your long day. Lots of good things to say about the stay and the cleanliness. One very low value negative is that the letter says there is Disney+ but that was NOT available. Didn't have time to get it squared away with Ashleigh during reasonable time of night. The place being clean was the biggest positive and should never be undervalued. Wish we could have enjoyed more of the space but we were always busy with work. Hope to rent again with Ashleigh if available.
