Overall, this property is very well located and nestled in a safe neighborhood that is close to grocery stores, and not too distant from Keeneland, the airport, (8-10 mins) and even the city center (15 mins with minimal traffic). The house itself is very clean and quiet, overall. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has most amenities available.Laura was kind enough to accept us for a slightly early check in. This was helpful, and they are open to such a thing if it’s possible.Checkout was very smooth and straightforward with nothing excessive (often can be the case these days). Beds were asked to be left untouched, dishwasher loaded and started, lights off, and fridge emptied.Communication was the only area where there was some disconnect. More prompt or advanced communication would help in the future.

Excellent Home Base

The property was a great homebase for us. It was central to so many things to do and see. The owner was great and very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice stay

Our stay was nice, beautifully decorated, just as in pictures and mostly very clean. However the bed descriptions say queens but the one we slept in was a full, one was a king and we believe the other one was a full also. There were no mixing bowls, pitcher, or toaster which we needed to have to make some meals in the room. So, those are some suggestions. Also would be great to have a motion light at the door so you can see to enter the code in the dark. Beautiful place to stay. The host got back to me with any questions.

Hi Bethany...thank you for your comments. I appreciate your suggestions and have ordered the supplies you recommended for the kitchen. We want future guests to feel at home and have the equipment they need to prepare a meal. I love the idea of a motion light and will make that a priority. Again, I appreciate your helpful feedback and I hope you and your group enjoyed your stay.
