PLEASE NOTE: Beach access is just east of us thru the Lupine Beach Neighborhood Beach Walkover. This is not access directly out of the house. It's about a 3-4 minute walk from the house to the sand. Note that the beach walkover does have stairs up and down over the dunes, so it is not handicap accessible.
Also, as with most beach properties along 30A, new construction noise will occur at other properties. Sorry, but we have no control over neighboring areas.

Our stay at amberjack was amazing! The house was so clean and absolutely beautiful! We would definitely want to go back, the neighborhood was awesome and the beach was not crowded at all!

Amazing house!

The property was just as advertised! Well equipped and the host (Kevin) and local contact (Ryan) were a pleasure to work with leading up to and through our vacation, very responsive to all questions. I would stay here again if Inlet beach was our destination. I didn’t want to come home!

Stunning House

Amberjack is a stunning house! The details in this house are amazing! The kitchen is beautiful and fully stocked. We stayed here for a women's treat with 14 ladies and it was the perfect size for us. It was very easy to communicate when I had questions and they were quick to respond. I would highly recommend this house.

Beautiful and picturesque property - wonderful stay!

We had 7 couples/families together for a 4-night stay to celebrate a few birthdays. We can't say enough good things about the property and our hosts. They property managers were extremely gracious in working with us to book a house and dates that worked for our entire group. The check-in process was a breeze and the home was beautiful, clean and the perfect set up for our group. We enjoyed the beach and the pool daily and were all able to gather comfortably in the common spaces. The kitchen and bedroom suites were all well appointed and equipped with everything we needed, and the hosts were quick to respond to additional requests. We also had the pleasure of meeting Beth, the property attendant, who was always available to answer quick questions and turn the pool heater on for us when we requested it. Highly recommend this property for large family/group gatherings, thank you for a great stay!

Nice home with Pros and Cons

Pros: - The house is very nice! - The owner and guest coordinator were responsive. - Had great appliances and a grill. - Close proximity to many shops and restaurants! Cons: - The listing was updated after we booked to show that there was not direct beach access. It would have been nice to have been informed of this change as the close beach access was one of the main reasons we chose this house. You cannot walk along the side of the home as shown in the photos, that is all now fenced off for construction. - To get to the beach there was an entrance to the east, the listing says it includes some stairs, but the access is A LOT of stairs and it is long. It goes up and down several times. It is not something that you can take a wagon or stroller down, and it is not a walk that most elderly people or kiddos can do. - There was a flat entrance to the west of the house that was at the end of the street, it is walkable but I would recommend either drive down or rent a golf cart. - The house advertised a pool, but it was a hot tub. We had the heat turned off so the water would cool, but it is a hot tub, NOT a pool. The surface of the hot tub was also very rough. My toddler had cuts all over her knees and the backs of her legs from getting in and out. - There were ants in the kitchen and throughout some of the house when we arrived. Overall it is a great home. But until the beach access is closer to the house, I’m not sure it’s worth the price we paid.
