1 BLOCK TO BEACH & TO MAIN ST. POOL, HOT TUB, ELEVATOR & GOLFCART AVAILABLE!
Enter into an open concept fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, new stainless appliances and a dining area with table with six chairs and two bar stools to accomodate guests. The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, chair and recliner for enjoying your favorite TV program or relax on the balcony with your favorite drink. The master bdrm is located off the lvg rm with a balcony for enjoying your morning coffee or evening sunset. The other bdrm is located on the other end of condo for privacy, with comfy twin beds. Both bdrms have large closets, attached full bthrms with large showers and ample storage to stow all your personal items. The unit has central HVAC and a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience.
The bldg has free parking for guest, an elevator and golf carts allowed (see rules and regulations).
A few steps from unit is the pool with hot tub, sunning deck, grill and tables with chairs for socializing. A short walk to the beach and Main St. make for an awesome location. Many restaurants are walking distance whether you are needing a snack or a home cooked meal. The locals favorite "Hoskins" has daily specials with vegetables, seafood restaurants (of course) and also The Pancake House for breakfast and much more for even the pickiest appetite.
The night life for shaggers, the iconic "Fat Harolds" where it all began, Duck's, Daisy Dukes or other genres for young and the young at heart.
We are only a short drive to Barefoot Landing to enjoy shopping, eating at some of the finer restaurants, Broadway and the Beach, the Tanger Outlets and other entertainment for all.

We have owned property in North Myrtle Beach, SC for over 10 yrs. I am originally from KY and I love the beach!! This area does not have all the traffic as Myrtle Beach, but we have all the amenities. We want to share with others who need a getaway from the real world.

Our property is one block from Main St., and one block from the beach. When you arrive, you can park your car, walk or drive a golf cart, and not have to worry about finding a parking place!!
