Tournament stay
Traveled down to Myrtle for a tournament with the family, have used Vacasa before, found this lovely place on the app, Great place lovely stay and easy of use. Staying in a condo is always better than a hotel but this one stands out . Layout just as in pictures easy of use. will deferentially use again for business, family time or tournament

The side view of the golf course was pretty. However, the condo lacked enough silverware ,coffee mugs, bowls and glasses. The linens also need to be replaced as they were worn.We had to check out a day early due to the thin walls and lack of sleep due to other people above us making a lot of racket in the early morning hours.

The condo was a great location and clean. We did not have the correct pool wrist bands - the security guard told us to tell the owner we needed to purple wrist bands for this year, we had last years bands and we did not have the code to the pool. We asked for a later check out due to this inconvenience and they told us the property did not allow for late check out even though no one was checking in today or even tomorrow. I attempted to communicate with the manager and I got several different responses from several different people.

Avoid Vacasa Rentals
Beautiful Home NOT being cleaned not cared for appropriately from Vinyl flooring, filthy baseboards, walls, towel racks not attached to wall,etc-you get the point. Wristbands missing -couldnt use the pool fir a 5 day stay with grand daughter who left the beach disappointed. This is the 1st negative review I’ve issued with using VRBO who allowed Vacasa to use their platform. Never again even with monetary reimbursement for the pool amenity. Hope Owners see this response because otherwise, the home was quiet and nicely decorated.
We came to visit the college Check in was great no issuesPlace was very clean, beautiful viewsWe sat to relax and turn the tv on and the only one that worked was the one in the master bedroom. I contacted the proper people and was told several times someone would be out to fix the problem. We had dinner plans I did what they asked told them we were going out and they said a tech was on the way. We returned and nothing had been done. The towel bar in the first bathroom kept falling off when you would hang a towel on it so we stopped using that. The property was as described but the communication with whomever they have to come repair things was horrible.
