*1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. Very spacious condo.

*1 Queen bed, 1 pullout sofa in the living room.

*Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area open to living room.

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Pets are allowed. Only 1 pet up to 30lb with pet fee. Please contact for more information

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (4 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is free.

* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.

The condo was well equipped. The host was pleasant in our exchanges.The bed was a little rough on our backs(too soft?). The location is excellent,with plenty of parking,and was very quiet. Would recommend this condo to others!

Disappointed

Emily/CS very attentive to the issues we had, we were expecting a quiet getaway. Several things, bugs, and a lot of them. Kitchen light not working, took 3 visits to fix. Shower nozzle came off. Even though things were resolved, i feel these things should have been handled before being rented.

I take every report seriously and always strive to address concerns promptly, as shown by sending maintenance within two hours of your report. The property is treated monthly by pest control to ensure a comfortable stay, but being close to a coastal area, occasional insects may find their way inside despite preventative measures. Regarding the kitchen light and shower nozzle, I regret that these issues arose during your stay. Regular maintenance is a priority, and I will ensure these areas are further reviewed to prevent future inconveniences.
