Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Towels and bath mat go in washer downstairs add bleach and soap start washer.
You can leave unopened food for house keepers the rest goes in garbage down the stairs turn left cans on side of house.
Open some windows to air out
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
AC/ heater in bedroom is to be turned off when not in unit. .If drains into neighbors garage area. Quiet hours 10 PM-8 AM
No guests not even aunt Karen. No hooking up a bidet to toilet or any change in plumbing no exceptions. Neighbors sidewalk is private.
Outside lights turned off when you are home at night. The lights shine in downstairs home bedroom and neighbors house.

Perfect place in the Flower Streets

Barbara was a wonderful host. Her property was perfect for 3 of us coming for a long weekend visit. Location couldn’t have been better and the apartment was well appointed, clean and comfortable!!

Terrific one bedroom in adorable neighborhood. We walked to the beach and eateries. Has everything you need and is very clean. We would highly recommend this place.

This property is as advertised and is in a perfect location. We felt very comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. The host was great to work with and on top of everything. We would stay there again and would recommend it as well. The only thing is the door needs window covering, so it felt a bit more private.

Adorable one bedroom house in great spot! Barbara was so easy to communicate with - she even turned the lights on for us since we got in later than planned. So glad the bedroom had a special AC unit - that kept us cool at night while sleeping. A great space for a couples getaway- walkable to everything corona Del Mar has to offer. Parked on 5th like she suggested and always had a spot. Super easy and super chill!

Great location!

Cute neighborhood, walking distance to great restaurants and cafes. This was a nice one-bedroom apartment for weekend getaway. Parking was easy. Bed was soft and comfy. Sunny patio for morning coffee was a treat. Barbara was great at communicating.

Vacation destination

Great location with comfortable space for two adults. Reason for stay, visit nearby relatives. Bathroom nicely outfitted with tub/ shower combo , updated kitchen. Did not cook while there so cannot comment on functionality. Can walk or drive to Corona Del Mar Beach, many restaurants, small grocery store in walking distance, etc. Beginning of Crystal Cove State Park is 2 miles away. Close to areas for walks, birding, shopping. Quiet neighbors while there in late March.

Perfect in many ways!

Everything about this place was right for us! We were welcomed by Barbara our host and her two beautiful dogs. We walked into a spotless place that had everything that we needed for our stay and the bed was super comfy too! The location was a short walk to stores and restaurants in the quaint area of Corona Del Mar. I highly recommend staying in this peaceful, relaxing place and look forward to coming back :)

Cute and clean

Easy walk to restaurants, great neighborhood, very clean 1 bedroom unit. Only snafu was the door has a 9 pane window without any covering. If someone is sleeping on the pull out sofa, this may be a concern. Barbara was very responsive and we came up with a temporary fix for our stay. I would definitely book again.

Prime location!

The location of this cute apartment is perfect, I could walk down to the Main Street to all the coffee shops and cafes, or I could walk a few more blocks and access the beach. We were also within a few minutes driving distance to great hiking areas, shops and dining and our friends that we were visiting in Costa Mesa. The host is such a great communicator and she makes sure you have everything you need and it honestly felt like I was staying with a family member or friend, she’s so sweet and accommodating. Accessing the property is so easy especially with the detailed information she provided. I would stay here again, we visit our friends a few times a year so having a familiar place we can rent each time we visit makes trip planning so much easier.

A gem in the village of Corona Del Mar

This unit is in the elegant Flower Street neighborhood. It has easy access to the local beach as well as all the attractions and beauty of Orange County from the ocean to the mountains. The unit is well appointed from the bed linen to the kitchen supplies. I was, however very pleased there was a French press-- it would take a NASA engineer to work the coffee maker! I particularly enjoyed the outdoor space in the mornings and evenings. The host is mindful of your privacy but very helpful answering questions and providing suggestions I would easily rebook when my travels take me that direction

The location is perfect- just blocks from the Pacific Coast Hwy, so it is easy to access all the costal towns and beaches. There are several good restaurants within easy walking distance, as is a beach.

The post was a little misleading. This is a back house. It's connected to someone's home and you have to go down an alley to access it. There is only street parking and there is zero leniency with visitors or guests. The heater goes off in the middle of the night and could wake you up. Also the lights are connected to remotes so if they don't work, it's a pain to get it to stop. You have to do your own laundry upon exiting which is different than most properties. The host was very responsive, communicative, gave suggestions, and was kind. She came at 1130 at night to fix the light but ended up being there until 1am. This is very small. Great location though

Great location. The apartment has everything you need. Stayed here for a month (Jan-Feb. 2026) working remotely and loved it. I would definitely recommend staying here. The Wifi is excellent (very fast), A/C in bedroom with option for window A/C in living room (although not really needed since it cooled down in the evenings and could just open the windows), water gets hot quick, fantastic outdoor deck, and washer & dryer accessible. Quiet at night, great nights sleep each night.If I had to pick anything I would change, it would be that there is some construction going on nearby and towards the end of my stay could be heard regularly in the day. And the dogs bark. But overall, I would still stay here again.

I love that we are so close to the ocean, shopping. and so many restaurants! I had to Live in Corona Del Mar/ Newport Beach. You are close to everything all those little Laguna,Costa Mesa, Irvine the Peninsula, Balboa Island all just a short drive or bike ride.

What makes this property unique

It's a really comfortable apartment that feels much much bigger then it is. Perfect location close to everything easy parking but quiet.
