This cottage is cute, clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The host is friendly full of information and prompt in every way. The cool breeze through the cottage is an unexpected luxury in my opinion. The beach is so close we went back many times per day. We can’t wait to come back and stay again.

This was such a cute home close to everything , lots of beach equipment provided which was nice. It is comfortable for a small family and it was great to have designated parking ! It was well appointed and very clean. I would say maybe add a pizza cutter, fly swatter and a dust pan. Great stay overall.

Great Cottage

The house is clean, well equipped with remodeled kitchen and bath. The space is just right for eating and visiting during the day. The location is close to the beach, close to a grocery store and restaurants are walkable distance. The off street parking in the rear garage is a real plus.

Great location, nice house.

My friend and i were in the area for a week of golfing. The location is great. We walked to the beach and several really good restaurants in the area. The house is charming and clean. Pay attention to the listing about the size of the garage. It is a small garage, and parking on the street is taking a chance.

We had such a relaxing time...we didn't want to leave! The amenities were perfect, and the cottage is within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach. We would love to book this place again in the future!

Lovely cottage with all the amenities!

Wonderful stay in Newport. Steps to the beach and the lovely sunsets. Walking distance to many grocery stores and restaurants. Great amenities, very comfortable bed! Lovely light-filled unit and felt very comfortable and like home. Wonderful front patio on a quiet street. Highly recommend!

We had nothing but good things to say about our stay, except rain (which they can't be held accountable for). The place is exactly as advertised and communication with the property manager was superb. We would go again when the weather is a little warmer.

Great Little Cottage

Nice cottage with front porch, upgraded kitchen and bath. Good location. 1 1/2 blocks from the beach and a block from a grocery store. If you have read the comments about parking in the area the garage space is really nice to have. Clean house, good comms from manager and easy check in check out.

Wonderful delight

Cozy, comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated, fully equipped! Bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, washer/dryer etc.....breezy fresh air! Beach and grocery store just steps away. Owners were great! Visit Bluewater Grill along with Sanchos Tacos and of course Charlie's Chili for breakfast.

This cottage has magic and an ideal location

I would buy this cottage in a heartbeat if it was in my budget and for sale. I was there nine days and did not want to leave. It has everything I want in beauty and comfort. There is seating for seven inside and out so my family could visit with us before we went out to eat. I slept well and we loved the easy, chef's kitchen. The cottage manager had soft music playing and chocolate cupcakes out and other food and beverage items in the frig. I felt so welcome after a long, rainy day of travel.
